This is a very unsafe place to live. Specially for women. Please, I'm urging you. Do NOT move here. Anyone can literally live and park here without being a lease tenant. The scariest part is that management won't do anything about it. There have been 3 different managers in less than 3 years. You can hear your neighbors even using the bathroom. There are far better and safer places you could move to. Please stay away!!!!!

We've been living here for two years. We love the staff and find them extremely helpful. We've had many good experiences with the maintenance people, but today Jose (or Joe) came to our apartment for some routine work when we told him of two other problems we had.He didn't complain, just put together the items he needed and started working on our problems. What a great guy. He took care of everything in record time including installing a new garbage disposal. Can't ask for more than that.

MIRROR CRASHED; This place is a hazard to tenants; we had one of the nicest units, newly renovated 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. However, it only looked nice - everything in this apartment broke and was barely glued together: door knobs, shades, towel racks, sliding door to the laundry area, widow seals; we had 2 bee hives and had to chase bees one afternoon after we opened the door to the balcony. All of this in a newly renovated apartment for $3K a month (rent only) in less than 6 months. All aside, the icing on the cake was when a giant mirror came crashing down in my kids bathroom (photos attached) when I was away on business trip and my husband has just finished getting them ready for bed by brushing their teeth, etc. It was a matter of minutes between them brushing leaving the bathroom and mirror crashing. After this, I could not stay there an extra second; I had nightmares about the mirror killing my kids and still do. What did the management do? NOTHING. They offered to pay for the towels - a joke. Their moto is to minimize expense by cutting corners and maximize profits at the expense of possibly killing their tenants . The company that came to fix this mess, noted that the mirrors were not installed properly; they were not glued to the wall but were attached with short screws without any anchors. Apparently both mirrors were installed the same way. Clearly, it was a matter of time until the mirror in our bathroom came crashing down as well. When we finally broke the lease and left, they charged us a breakage fee; the cared so little than they did not even consider waiving the fee, or checking on our well being. I emailed the team to inquire about their poor decision; I heard crickets and 2 months later, my husband got a call from a collection agency. Apparently we were not allowed to leave a place that could have killed my 2 girls. This place is a grossly overpriced DUMP. Nasty management company - they have nice personnel who should not be working for a nasty company like this because they are bright young girls and can do much better than this rat-hole. I would never live there again or recommend anyone to. Please look elsewhere. It is not worth your money.

I’ve been living here for 8yrs this June and threw two different company’s Over all it is a nice place to live for sure, but with all place there’s the 10%! Parking is not good unless you by a spot! I’ve had a car that was abandon I would say as it’s been in front of my apt for over 8 months with expired plates inspection sticker and I’ve asked the office several times to have it removed to free up a parking spot and that still hasn’t happened. Neighbors that live above you it’s just potluck as I said I’ve been here eight years and never had a problem until 2021 disrespectful and only care about themselves in the office does zero about it, in fact They just told me to deal with it! There are trails that go around the beautiful property but haven’t been managed in years they’re all washed out and overgrown. They have a beautiful weight room but don’t get your hopes up when it comes to finding free weights that match up or exercise pads for the floor, it hasn’t been updated in years. The maintenance crew that work up at Bradley‘s apartments or top of the line best of the best they do such an amazing job here all the guys are great and go above and beyond. If you have a dog it’s one of the best places to live providing you walk the dog around the property on leash because they have dog park but again like the weight room it’s unmanaged and not kept up everything in there is broken, but it is a nice place to set your dog off leash Providing as in any dog park to keep an eye on the other dogs coming in. All in all I have enjoyed my stay here so far and plan on doing so

Move here around 3 weeks ago. Was very excited to find place not as far from Boston, yet reasonably priced. They claimed to have 24h fitness on premises, it does exist, yet it's health risk to exercise in it after 9pm or so... the Temperature inside 77, 79 sometimes and you can't change it, cos it's lockd and you need a key. Went to management several time, ask to lower Temperature, nothing happened. Very sad and disappointed. They probably waiting on someone to pathway in the gym from heart attack.

Perched on the very tallest hill top of a lovely town, Bradlee Danvers is surrounded by the original 75 acres of mainly undisturbed private land. Still covered with the natures relaxing beauty of thick green trees as far as the eye can see. The priceless peace and quiet and beautiful tree lined views makes coming home an absolute stress-free experience every time. I am not pulling into a concrete underground garage. I'm driving up a quiet stress free and beautiful wide winding tree lined road, of densely filled woods. Tammy January is fantastic! Valen Shoemaker outstanding! Harbor Group Management has vetted the most eloquent, personable, thoughtful, genuine office management. I'm having a hard time finding the words to articulate how much I appreciate and love the staff. Because fantastic, outstanding, wonderful and awesome is an understatement. Joe Pavo and Carlos, the maintenance men, absolutely outstanding! Theses guys are so courteous, friendly and cheerful. They have such great energy. Harbor Group Management has done an outstanding job finding such amazing people. The maintenance guys are available 24/7 to happily address the smallest of issues. The landscapers keep the grounds beautifully maintained. There are just so many amenities. and they are impeccably maintained. A full size gym, open 24 hours, filled with high quality gym equipment. We have beautiful yoga studio, full spinning room, a boxing gym. With beautiful views of the lush green landscapeing. We have our very own movie theater, an indoor basketball court, a luxurious billiards room, along with an arcade room. Gorgeous swimming pool, kept glisteningly clean, including a lifeguard on duty. Resort style private cabanas, community gas grills for cooking out by the pool. I could go on and on. Living here has been such a pleasant experience. Bradlee Danvers has more than met my expectations.
