Reviews of Java Jungle

Our family stopped here for breakfast while camping nearby. Our waitress, Nicole, was friendly and offered tips on local points of interest. The omelets were delicious and our teens had the chocolate chip and peanut butter chip pancakes. Also, the coffee was excellent. We ordered lattes to go and really enjoyed them. We would definitely stop here again when we return to the area.

Awesome food! On a motorcycle trip today and stopped for lunch. Cactus Jack wrap and Tex Mex quesadilla with homemade chips (made from seasoned soft tortillas). Owner is very friendly as well as wait staff. Ate at outdoor picnic table. Owner is working on socially distant tent for back parking lot! Will definitely keep this on our “eat there again list”! Thank you Jungle Java Cafe!!

You can't really beat this restaurant! They treat you like family, from the wait staff to the cooks. My wife and I go there on a somewhat regular basis. ( Once or twice a month) The wait staff always great us and ask us how we are doing, and they seem to genuinely be interested. Well there was one day we took our son with us ( as of writing this he is a one year old) well the wait staff were just overjoyed to see him. We ordered our food and before it came out one of the cooks came out and said "the waitress said you brought your baby, I had to see the little guy!" We talked and he went back to the kitchen a few minutes later. After our food came out another cook came out to ask if our little guy was enjoying his food. That to me is probably the best feeling in the world. Staff that actually care about the customers and are willing to show it. Also the food is probably the best you are going to get in Dansville. Not to mention that the restaurant itself has a rich history. I'm not going to say what it is, I'll leave that to you to ask the staff there and find out!

The food was great!! The restaurant itself is too small not much room for a small family... My daughter, boyfriend and I went there was not happy about the service we received.. Two groups of ppl ordered after us and got there food before us.. Having a 18 month old I was not happy by the time we got our food she was throwing a fit..I had to remove her from the restaurant because they made us wait to long... Even though the food was great I dont think I'll go here again

Nice little hidden gem but it's a bit small. Way to many tables in such a small space. The food was great and the portions were large. The prices are good too. Only 4 stars because the floor was pretty dirty. We were the only customers in there and instead of cleaning the floor the waitress just stood behind the counter. However the chef himself deserves 5 stars!

Absolutely delicious!!! My friend treated me to Friday night take out a few weeks ago. I order the "cub size" prime rib meal. My meal had a very large cut of prime rib with au jus, seasoned vegetables, REAL mashed potatoes with gravy, a roll, and clam chowder. Totally worth the value! I can't wait have a meal in the restaurant.
