Outback Steakhouse

Today I was celebrating my 77th birthday and my grand daughter asked me where I wanted to go and I said The Outback Steak House. She had made reservations for us so when we entered our wait was very short. Escorted to our table-- my great grandson was with us. Our waiter was right on us as soon as we were seated. He took our drink orders first then came back and took our food orders. The place was very clean and the staff very polite and friendly. The food was excellent I had the spicy jamming meatloaf with mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes and lemonade to drink. Then the surprise came-- the staff sang Happy Birthday to me and I recd some ice cream with a lit candle on it. It was awesome and unexpected. I love this place.

Keeping in mind that this is a chain restaurant, the food was actually well prepared and the service was very quick. Sitting at the bar the bartender was very helpful in the menu questions and checked on us several times to make sure we were taking care of. I never really have high expectations for a chain but this place did a very good job serving on us. Would highly recommend if looking for a quick bite to eat.

Had a satisfying experience at Outback Steakhouse! The ribeye was absolutely delicious, and the sides – mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and salad – complemented the meal perfectly. The variety in the drink selection added to the overall enjoyment. The staff was friendly, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. Convenient parking at a good location is always a plus. While it's not a 5-star rating, the delightful flavors and positive aspects make it a solid choice for a satisfying meal out.

My last visit was not so good 9/22/23. Service was on point but, the dish my wife got was not so good. Whatever they did made her sick later that evening. My dish was ok, I threw the leftover away the following day. Also the beer tap needed to be cleaned out. I thought it was my imagination but when the guy across from me asked to taste the same brand I had, and I saw his face and he didn't like the taste either. When you spend $100+ you would like things to be better.

Blooming onion was great per usual. Blooming burger was good. You can barely taste the blooming onion and sauce on it but still good. Chicken tenders looked good and there were no complaints. Not pictured is surf and turf which came with their loaded baked potato and it could use more topping, the toppings just on the tip top so after 4 bites you have a huge potato and no topping just plain old potato. Tracy was our server tonight and she was great. Kept our drinks full! We all got pink lemonade which comes with free refills. The bill was $91 and change before tip.
