Yum yum yum! These San Diego style burritos are full of flavor and the ingredients make a delicious combination that explodes in your mouth. The sauces are delicious and my favorite burrito is pollo and my husband loves the Cali. We just love each one of the burritos and Paul even adjust the spiciness for my little ones. We love that every ingredient is fresh. These Burritos are the BOMB!! I highly recommend the Green Grunion for any time or occasion and Paul is such a cool guy!!

The grunion rock and in a big way...these burritos are massive no joke So-Cal style whoppers that for sure give you a bang for your buck and they over a great variety of fillings which are all over the top legit. The flavors are spot on chino influenced with a highlight on fresh ingredients with nice balance. Nothing is overly salty or extremely processed which makes it a hit in my book. The only thing stopping me from bumpin this to 5 🌟 are the serving boat allowing for like 6 or 7 chips to sneak in there (they are good always want more lol) and the fries...I mean for reppin san diego i thought the fries would come into play stronger(pre par-fry em before you head out for the first wave maybe? Idk I'm a fry inspector) other than that this truck is a homerun when you catch em. Go follow their fb/twitter for up to date locations during operating season

I've been meaning to check this truck out after all the glowing reviews I had read, and finally had the opportunity when they visited Gastropark in West Hartford. I ordered one Cali burrito and 2 different empanadas. The folks there quoted me 20 minutes, which struck me as a bit long for a food truck, but quality sometimes comes with a little wait. Sat down with my buddy (who had ordered from another truck there) at a bench in sight of the Grunion. Then the wait began. The day was glorious so I was in no rush, and I hate to be the pushy customer asking for updates. I noticed business was steady, they were definitely the most popular truck that afternoon. By the time my buddy had received and finished his food I noticed that some customers who had been behind me in line had gotten their food. I have worked busy lunch counters before so I understand this can happen, sometimes you need to get simple orders out in order to clear tickets. However at this point close to 50 minutes had passed. I asked for an update and was told it would be "another two minutes, your ticket is right here." It took just under 10 minutes longer to get my food. I took my food to go at that point. I had expected to have a sit down meal with a friend but at that point he had to get going. I don't mind waiting for a good meal, but after multiple folks getting their orders ahead of me I was fed up. One of the appeals of food trucks is fast service, and that was sorely lacking. Judging by the reviews on here this was the exception to the usual service. But with all the food truck options out there these days (as well as Parkville Market) I won't be returning.

Are from the truck while At Nod Hill Brewery. Absolutely delicious. Had the cali burrito. Don’t typically like french fries in my sandwiches but these were so crunchy they added the perfect texture to the burrito. Sauces spot one. One very spicy but with great flavor. Definitely worth a visit.

Wow - whether its breakfast or lunch watch out, this place is amazing. THE - ABSOLUTE - BEST Mexican food around. Quality ingredients, best tasting, huge portions (breakfast on the torta means you skip lunch) and friendly service make this food truck first class. Its just behind 100 Mill Plain Rd, the big white office building, but check Facebook to see if he's there on any particular day. Definitely try it - you will love it.

Was at a picnic that had this food truck catering. Make sure you go on an empty stomach because you're not leaving hungry. Everything was cooked right and the guacamole was excellant. Definitely try the hot sauce. Consider this for your next picnic or office party. The 1 star review was over critical in my opinion.

Do yourself a favor and drive further down from the nearest boloco to this truck and have some real burritos that are fresh and served by folks that know what a real burrito is. The food was ready after a short wait but it was so worth it! Highly recommend it.
