12/14/23: Another 50% off special… you guessed it, another large Epic Stuffed Crust Meats pizza. Still no XL…
=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=_=
The best part is when the local Washington sport team wins, so do the customers! Hard to beat the 50% off special. The Epic Crust cheese filled Meats Special is our favorite pizza! I do have to say, I don’t understand why you cannot purchase Epic Crust in the XL pizza…the Large is just too small in our opinion. I’m always greeted by Kathleen when she’s there and she makes it a pleasant experience. This location is convenient and we’ll continue to take advantage of the special offers! But please change your policy and sell the XL with cheese filled crust!!

Ordered Papa John's for delivery. Delivered through Door Dash and it came relatively quickly.
For tonight we ordered 1 large thin crust pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni, spicy italian sausage and green peppers), 10 buffalo boneless wings, 10 boneless wings and chocolate brownies. I love the new containers that the boneless wings came in. Ensures that my dipping sauce is not forgotten. Brownies are always a hit!
Good meal, especially not having to cook.
Enjoy!

I am a pizza fanatic. I have searched all over the Maryland area and nothing beats NYC pizza but several pizza in the area do taste good. This papa johns is pretty good. Everyrhing ive ordered here has been good.
Ive never had an issue with any of the pizzas or sides.
Though prices have gone up its not that bad with promo coupons. Ordered 2 large with 2 toppings, bread sticks and sodas for $64. After the promo code it dropped down to $45. Not bad. I suggest you always go for the specials. 2 large with 1 topping is 16 bucks! Not bad. Ordered online which was a little tricky but got the hang of it.

tonight, i got a free pizza. i ordered only a stuffed crust pepperoni, which they technically gave me 10 mins late but still gave it to me. they also forgot my sauce and jalapenos, but they more than compensated for them! they also gave me a free pineapple pizza cuz it was late at night
im not saying you WILL get a free pizza whenever they mess up, but the team was really chill and apologetic over it
yall deserve it!

I had an incredible experience with the customer service representative at Papa John's Pizza. She surpassed my expectations with her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to make my birthday special by adding a thoughtful surprise touch. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that she had written "Happy Birthday!" on my pizza. I was so pleased with her service and wanted to express my gratitude. Thank you for the excellent work, and please keep it up!

The manager Cathleen does a great job managing her employees and makes sure the pizza is prepared and cooked perfectly, the slices of pizza from this store are always proportionate as it should be, Cathleen manages large orders from local schools and businesses and still tskes the time to do her best to make each individual order gets the same attention, this store is not the closest one to my home but i will not buy from anyone else, thank you Cathleen and staff

Enjoyed hot, fresh pizza from the Clarksburg location. I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for the past seven years and have never been disappointed with the food. I took off one star because the delivery drivers sometimes ignore that we prefer no contact delivery!

Kathleen and the team at Papajohns - Clarksburg location are simply amazing!! A few times we have called and when Kathleen picks up and takes the order she goes..."minus ingredients a and b? Now that's exceptional customer service! Thanks for paying attention, thanks for your patience in taking orders...even when we make it sooo complicated. We appreciate you taking the time to know your customers. Keep up the great customer service and most importantly...great pizza!

My picky eaters love their custom Papa John's pizza. Cathleen made a big difference for them by making it even more special (lighter sauce than usual). We order at least once a week from there. Their timing is always reliable to me. Can't feel more lucky having such service nearby.
I recommend using the app to order and track the order progress. It's so efficient.
TIP: There's always a coupon to use, either their regular 50% off one, via email, something like CAPS50 or WIZ50. Or, a regular 30% off. Just google it.

I order online and pick up my pizza at the storefront. I have had no issues and the pizza is always ready when I arrive. They honor all the discount codes I enter on the web site. Yes, it is a young crew running the operation, but I get hot pizza and the correct change every time I use them. It is a lot better than the other "fast food" options in the area where the employees are dishonest and try to short change you on orders and change every time. Especially true in Damascus! So I am glad they are here in Clarksburg right down the street from me!
