Something must have been wrong with their machine. Out of dozen. We got 4 very small donuts. They should not even put them in the box. 2 would make 1 regular size one. Workers just don't care about the customers anymore. Pay more get Less.

Hot sign was on, so we stopped to get some fresh hot original glazed doughnuts but got ice cold ones. Guess they don't automatically give you fresh ones anymore

Used the drive thru. Order taker helped me find what I wanted. Friendly cashier and good product. Outside of building was neat and clean looking.

I don't know what was going on today but I asked for a frozen frappe, they said the machine was down for cleaning, then asked for a iced mocha, they kept saying hot, I said 3 times Iced. Got to the window they handed me a hot. Then she wouldn't take it back took them another 10 minutes to make the iced mocha.

I have never been so disappointed with a Krispy Kreme store before. Extremely slow service, order couple of cappuccinos and they took over 30 minutes and the only one they gave us was horrible.
Then they said the cappuccino machine broke down. Asked for my money back and they couldn’t find the transaction to return my money. Ended up leaving without the coffees or my money.

First time stopping here. Went through drive thru. Was absolutely ridiculous at how long I had to sit in that line! I will not return again. Slowest service I've ever seen!

Stopped in for breakfast and got some fresh glazed donuts. My 11 and 13 year old were fascinated by the donut being made.
