Cook Out

Never been here before. We were heading back home from a funeral and decided to try this place. Being from Indiana, we were unfamiliar with the chain. We were rushed through the ordering process by the cashier. We had to tell her twice that we were still reading the menu. (Mind you, there were no vehicles waiting behind us.) When at the window, she was extremely irritated for unknown reasons and chose to take that out on us. We asked for some extra cheese for my sister’s fries, and we were denied because it would cost more. That wasn’t an issue and we would’ve payed for it. When handing our drinks, we asked which ones were which. She quite rudely informed us that they were marked on the lids. That wouldn’t have been an issue had she not decided to speak to us like fools. Other than the lack of professionalism, the food tasted as good as expected. The burger tasted nice, and the shakes were fine.
