Dunkin'

This dunkin actually cares about their customers. If you mess something up in your order they'll fix it with no complaint. The always get our coffee correct. They're only human and can mess up on orders sometimes but they'll gladly fix their mistake and won't let you leave disappointed. Their staff are always friendly and understanding. Hands down the best dunkin in livingston county. Keep up the good work 👏 Today we came in to the other store connected to this Dunkin for dinner. And the employees at Dunkin brought over the kids and myself a doughnut. Perhaps in the spirit of Halloween but none the less very sweet. Thank you!!

Best dunkin in the area. Staff is friendly, efficient, and makes a great cup of coffee. Always a quick wait even when they are busy. There is some indoor seating located in the gas station if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and food. The drive thru is a little tight just be aware if you have a larger vehicle.

There are several people in particular that make this DD worth visiting. Forrest, Abby and Hannah. They make a great cup of coffee and you can count on them to be nice, helpful and consistent. There are too many newer people going in and out of this location and consistency can be a problem. The store manager is inept and rude to customers, me included. She got into a verbal argument with a customer once and got so loud I had to leave.
