I showed up right before closing time and they didn't act rushed or anything. The food was delicious, our order was correct, they added in sauces that I forgot to ask for (it's like they could read my mind, lol). As I sat by the double doors waiting for my order to be brought out I noticed how nice the outside looked (beautiful flowers, green grass, nicely landscaped, AND CLEAN)!

I used to hear horror stories about our local Burger King. I haven't found any to be true. At least not in my experience. I love their vegetarian options as my wife is vegetarian. I'm still able to get myself a tasty burger and get her an Impossible burger all in the same place. I do hope that none of the horror stories are warranted and that I continue to receive good food and quality service. I will continue to spend my money here. The addition of being able to purchase online using their app has really improved the experience as well. Keep up the great work!

Love the return of the Big King. Burger King is Burger King, pretty solid pretty good. I like the rewards program too, so, five stars. Enjoy. Note that I've only visited the drive thru, which is totally fine.

The female at the drive thrue window, I think she's a manager manager, name is Madison. I was asking her question and she responded with a complete total attitude and disrespect and she gad already answered question that I had asked before so I was asking a different question and she gave me the same answer to the other question. If she doesn't like her job there than she needs to quit or stop giving people attitudes because that was not called for. The guy that was up the window he was friendly, he was doing his job and she jumped in and just was totally disrespectful to me. People need to tell her to stop being rude to customers. Presented a code for a double whopper, and the code was processed as an order of large fries. Counter person couldn't correct it saying only one code per day is allowed....which I found was a false statement according to the app itself which says a new code generates in 29 minutes.

When they can get the orders out, the food is ok, provided its the food you ordered. Order a number 2 with custom toppings, you get a number 1 with those toppings. Not the best location on order time, nor keeping the order straight.

We were the only ones in the place. There was no ice in the soda machine, which was very dirty, and there was no caffeine free diet coke. I stood at the counter holding my glass for a few minutes. The associate who waited on us at the counter was also doing drive thru. 2 young men were doing the kitchen. A 3rd one walked by me numerous times, with his back toward me. He wasn't waiting on anyone at the window and went by me twice with his hands in his pockets and chatted with the guy making sandwiches.

This is one of the worst burger king's that I am yet to experience. Over half the time they miss food in the bag have bad attitudes including a couple managers that seem to have little if any customer service understanding. I rarely ever give bad reviews but I also rarely drive back to a darn location to retrieve missing food and even with a receipt find extreme negligence and resistance to correcting their mistakes. I will also say that I am a true lover of burger king, it's typically better fast food than most places but in this case unless your looking for a poor customer experience cold food and even getting charged for premium items that are not in the bag then avoid this location as often as possible. Screw you Dallas bk and shame on you and your awful staff.
