Been ordering from this place for a while now and have never had any bad experiences with my food or the service here.

I only give it a 4 on the atmosphere because I've only used the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh. They just need to consider different containers for their beers as the containers were about to fall apart by the time I reached my destination. But all in all I recommend this location as service was pretty fast and the food was very good. I ordered two whole chickens with rice and beans. A good deal for the price.

The manager lucila & worker Ezequiel had very good customer service and very house warming in their restaurant . The food was very good I enjoyed everything we had including the 2 whole chicken meal and fries recommend coming to this location , it’s a vibe .

Went to order to go and they were helpful efficient and fast. Food here is usually good that’s why I return at least twice a month (food is better than where I live) Ana was very helpful in taking things to my car as it was a large order. Very kind employees.

Years back I used to love Pollo Regio, specially the tostada Siberia but then they started giving old tostadas and the bare minimum guacamole and chicken and stopped going there. Today I gave it a try once again and told my concern to the cashier Alessandra, she was so nice and made sure my tostada was fresh and well done, she was so nice. She even came to ask me if everything was ok. This location was really clean too. Overall a great experience again at Pollo Regio.

They have everything on the menu always hot and fresh work hard and fast also place area to eat clean the price is a lil high but good quality food ive gone to another pollo regio there chicken flautas had a smell but the ones on buckner are delicious 🤤
