The place was great! Ordered some dipped cones for the family and some fries to for a little Friday night snack. Everyone enjoyed their food. One cone was like the leaning tower of Piza but they got it done with no problem.
Quick service and employees were nice with good attitudes. Definitely will be back if I ever get around that way.

My mom went through the drive through earlier today. She pulled up behind a big diesel truck that was fairly loud. Making it hard for the person taking the order to hear properly and making it impossible for her to tell the employee her order. Not only did she get a nasty attitude from the one taking the order she also got attitude from the supposed manager. I don't care who you are. You are in the customer service industry. You should try and be a little nicer. Especially if both parties can't hear each other.

Great food. No inside eating. Using the eat in section as storage. My family wishes they would open that back up. Plan on waiting a bit,as each time we've gone it's taken quite a bit of time to get food or ice cream.

Bad enough we had to wait 15 minutes sitting at the drive thru, but then we get home and the cheeseburgers we ordered are loaded with so much mustard threw it out. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down

I ordered food and they messed up my order 3 times and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for them to give me the right food and after they gave me my food they forgot 2 things in my order so I had to wait additional 10 minutes. And then after receiving our order which was finally correct there was a HAIR in the box my son's burger was in. Super gross and horrible customer service. Super rude and they have really bad communication all the way around.

Burger tasted old and dry. Not hot either. My biggest complaint though is that their online ordering system was down. We tried on computer, phone, wifi, and without wifi with no luck. We kept getting "server error", "404 not found", "issue processing on server", etc. We called to see about ordering over the phone and they told us it was not allowed. Even though their online ordering was down for us. Dallas DQ takes forever, and I spent 15 mins (half of my lunch break) just waiting for my order. I work in healthcare just across the street from this DQ and we cannot always guarantee a full 30 min lunch or even lunch at all, which is why we rely on online ordering. It is definitely one way to really drive away customers when they cannot get another option when one is down. Very dissatisfied with this location.

Bought ice cream for a couple friends and I. Ice cream is always good there normally but in the evenings they don't over fill the blizzards or turn them upside down

We usually have no issues with this Dairy Queen, however tonight was a horrible experience. Although they were busy, we went through the drive-thru. We placed our order for a shake and a sundae (she even read it back to us!), got to the window in a very reasonable time, paid, they handed us our shake and then handed us a Sundae that had no toppings on it, then proceeded to roll her eyes when I asked where the toppings were. I told her it was caramel and peanut butter, she closes the window to remake it, 10 minutes later of us waiting she finally comes back to the window with a sundae with incorrect toppings, I once again told her Caramel and PB and yes I was irritated. She huffed and tried to close the window, never once apologizing for any of the mistakes, after another 5 minute wait, she hands me the smallest large Sundae that she could. She handed us no spoon or napkin, we had to ask for both. If this is a new person, they should never put a new person on drive thru. Waiting a total of 20 minutes to get a shake and Sundae should never take this long, especially when she had no apologies or even have a nice evening. I am so very irritated and they really need to get their act together!

My gravy was partially cold and the portion size of fries was not was it use to be like a 1/4 of what it use to be for the same price I always paid for! Kinda felt like I got ripped off. I tried to find a place to private message them but could find away.

Tonight we went and got three meal combos and all of our fries were ice cold! Totally gross. We didn't even eat them, waste! People take some constructive criticism from a DQ alumni, if the fries are old - throw them away! A small expense of making new fries is not worth lost customers. On a high note, the sweet girl at the window was great.

Worlds slowest drive through award goes to...saddest part is that we only ordered ice cream. It took 20 min for 5 dollar order.
