Pressed Coffee Roasters Cafe

Found this great place to hang out when I am in Dallas once a week. Friendly staff that is quick to recommend something from the menu if you are undecided! Great coffee with some unique house lattes. I just had the vanilla lavender which was exceptional. They have a large food menu, but very little in the way of breakfast items, which is the only drawback since I am usually there in the morning. They have a stage with live performances throughout the week. Very cozy atmosphere which is apparent from the number of locals that meet there to talk, play games, etc. I highly recommend stopping by here when you are in the area.

I struck out on a dreary crisp fall day to find a comfortable nook to write. I was not disappointed with Pressed Coffee Roasters. Set in the charming town of Dallas, Pressed matches the small town feel with a cozy, open environment. Ambient lighting, charming wine craft table tops. Excellent selection of coffee, or beer and wine for later in the day. The staff are lively and attentive. Only reason it’s not five stars: metal chairs that make it difficult to stay for long, especially if writing or studying for extended periods. Whatever HGTV interior designer decided metal chairs were chic, must never sit for periods longer than a minute.

This place has such amazing entertainment. Fridays they book good and interesting bands and singers/performers. On Tuesday they have an open mic night, where you get to experience many different musical talents. I enjoy going here before the gym (Anytime fitness). It is such a cool environment and on the same block as the gym so I can motivate myself to workout. This place also offers a wine bar which I have yet to try!

Open and cozy atmosphere. Plenty on seating and natural lighting. Polite and quick service. Really satisfying beverage. Prices do seem a little high considering they only put 2 espresso shots in size large drinks. Make sure to ask for an extra shot if your looking for that caffeine kick. Sandwiches here are yummy!

This is a great addition to the Dallas community. They have a great menu/coffee/smoothie selection. I have had lunch at Pressed many times, but would love to come for a night of trivia and wine. They also have a lot of seating areas and the big glass windows are fun to look out and people watch from. The staff is typically very friendly, but the food can be hit or miss depending on the day. A little more consistency and this place could be golden!
