Extremely disappointed. The best thing we took out of the restaurant was the mountain dew and the spicy ranch fries. The Chalupas were so hard I couldn't bite into them and a knife wouldn't cut into them without sawing through, and the soft tacos shell was soggy. This is the first time at this particular location and will definitely be the last.

Several months ago had a terrible experience few times (orders messed up, waiting at the counter for drinks while my food is getting cold and they check out new customers at drive through while I'm being ignored) and didn't feel like coming back but then i was hoping maybe it changed... Nope. First they app doesn't work, asking me to update my password by sending me email which i never get - won't let me order without it. Second i go on their site only to put a big order in and then read "checkout unavailable" wow great since i was getting online deals, so i go inside to this location and mention nothing working online, emotionless employee didn't care at all, just asking me what I want. I get that it's not their fault what's not working online but it's still taco bell, at least say sorry for inconvenience or at best (as better locations do) offer online price in the store. So I'm ordering now $8 combos for 4 people instead $5 online. No one cares mind you. On top of that they mix up items (AS USUALLY) and our orders do not match up. The manager must clearly not care. Therefore DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

I ordered a burrito and paid extra for additional items in it, but received a tortilla shell with about 2 tbsps worth of food inside and it was only about 3.5 inches long when I pulled it out of the wrapper, even though it should have been closer to 7 inches long. My mother is allergic to dairy, so she ordered her burrito fresco. That means no dairy, add tomatoes. Thankfully they didn't put any cheese on hers, but they also didn't put the tomatoes on it. I have extensive experience working for Taco Bell, and I can tell you that would not have been acceptable at any location I've worked for. Very dissatisfied with the experience today, and I will not be returning to the Hiram location on the corner of 61 and 278 any time soon.

The manager, Mikayla, working on May 27, 2022 during the the 6:00 pm hour is a sorry excuse for a manager. She told the staff not to fill any Grubhub or door dash orders. I placed an order and my delivery person text me saying they were there picking up the order and they waited over 40 minutes, and then they said they no longer had the order. I will never order anything from Taco Bell on Nathan Dean Blvd in Dallas, GA again. I’ll be going to Del Taco instead.

Make sure you check your bags BEFORE you leave the window especially after their dine in is closed. I ordered food and pulled up to check it as their line was ALREADY wrapped around the building and was missing a cheesy gordita crunch- I walked up to the door not knowing their inside was already closed. A front of house young lady came up to me and told me that they were closed which I told her I was just missing food and asked if I could get it, she went to talk to the manager in the mean time EVERY other associate decided to yell across the building for me to get BACK into line and tell them I was missing stuff. It’s ridiculous how they want you to wait in the line to get your food AND then once they mess it up want you to sit in the line AGAIN. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell and that’s coming from someone who eats at this taco bell multiple times a week as I work late on the weekends. I’m very disappointed in your employee communication and how this matter was treated. Put a sign on your drive thru to check the bag before leaving and that you have to drive back around if that’s how you’re going to run your business. Not only am I out of food but also out of my money. This is pathetic.

I don't even know where to start they change their staff more than any other job like how hard is to make sure your customer receives their food and sauce will be going to the one in hiram often they really need to step it up or just get rid of this location and the only reason I rated this place 2 stars is because the distance from my place....PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION AND FIND PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANTS TO WORK AND PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
