I have to give them a 5 today. I ordered the stuffed crust, 3 meat, pepperoni best, and bread sticks. It was so fresh and hot. Best pizza I have had from there in awhile. Tried to order online and it was not working right, but manager still honored the online price, as well as the promo code! Customer service was great! They were extremely busy and my food only took 15 minutes. I have nothing bad to say today!!!😁

Every single time we come they are out of pizza. Today we were told 10 min. 30 min later still no pizza. Then they can’t find our pizza. 1 cheese 1 pepperoni . I get it and get to the car and one is raw and the other is so thin and has a giant hole in the middle . You could see the card board. I got a refund but no pizza , and two upset hungry toddlers.

Don't bother using the portal pickup! You'll still end up having to wait in line and wait behind every single person just to pickup your order that's ALREADY PAID!!
There's nothing quick about this place. And every single employee acts as if they don't even see you. They do not speak or offer assistance unless it's the person at the register and it's your turn in line. Rid

They sold me a under cook pizza. I stop by to order two pizza. The cashier tell me it will be five minutes for the cheese pizza to cook. I say no problem. Well it took 30 min for the cheese pizza to cook. They finally gave me my pizza. I went to my car and started to leave until my daughter look at the pizza and told me the pizza is not cook. I went back in and got a refund.

I dine in this place many times a year! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place frequently. The meals are great, the crew is welcoming and the cost is decent. I enjoy being in this spot to have a good supper.

Just tried to order breadsticks and one pepperoni pizza. Over 30 minutes later and multiple people came in in front of me and ordered and left and I still have no food. Got a refund and an apology with no reason as to the wait. Definitely not hot and ready.
