My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband “these people deserve a raise” just due to their outstanding customer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, I was floored! We had a great dine in experience today. kindness and a positive attitude go a long way and the staff there today exceeded all of my expectations!
Jefferson was really nice and sweet. We need more people and customers service like him someone that actually enjoys there job!! Now days we don't see this especially in fast food restaurants. Jefferson you were great!!
Service was slow, there wasn't many workers and when more workers came in they were getting confused on who was working on what. My wait was about 30 min and glad I checked my order because I was missing couple of things!
KFC always has the best original chicken. Been to this place few times. The cashier gentleman might mean no harm but a little more gentle in his voice might not be a bad idea, esp dealing w older guy w mask on, little hearing issue & of different accent. He was hard worker tho as he came out to clean the tables & even check on me. Might just be norm for him, but one day, he'll be 66 years old too. Thank you Mr. Gentleman.
As with any service, customer service is key, so when the cashier only put three instead of four tenders in my combo, I brought it to the attention of the gentleman walking behind the counter. When he couldn't produce one tender, he notified me that it would be three minutes one them but just to enjoy my meal and when they were ready, he would give me four fresh tenders! We all know KFC is great food but customer service makes it taste so much better!
Aracely is the best cashier ever I would like to wish her great success in whatever she continue to do, I went to KFC restaurant at 2407 West Davis Street
This young lady was a great greeter, thank you so much, and may you continue your good work every single day.
There are not enough words that can express just how much I appreciate her kindness to me.
And the lobby area was nice and clean, and some reason there was no flies or any others insects in the building flying around as you eat.
To the manager I hope this is the correct girl I was there at 3:24 July the 12th 2021
Just FYI : it wasn't a special treatment she treated all race the same.
This is my childhood KFC.. I almost forgot it existed... great staff.. young man at the Window was very confident and welcoming...
Hey drop by and give this local KFC some paper towels.. food containers. Sauces.. and better yet if you have the extra time call them to see what they need during the shortage..
