I've lived at the Mondrian for almost 6 years now, and its been a wonderful experience. I have nothing bad to say as this apartment is well kept and in the best location of uptown. I also believe that the value for this apartment is really good compared to the other rentals available in the area. I've also transferred units within the building and the process was easy as can be.
Sadly, I'm finally leaving the building as I'm moving to another state. But I wanted to give a shout out to Colleen and Rebecca. Thank you Colleen for being the best concierge we've ever had, and there's been a lot of other good ones. Thank you Rebecca for going above and beyond in the leasing office to assist with our move out, you really helped us out when we were in a tough predicament towards the end of our stay! Highly recommend this building for anyone who is looking to lease.
I moved in Feb 1,2020 and so far, am REALLY enjoying this place. The management, leasing agents and concierges are super friendly and welcoming.
The Mondrian is located perfectly in uptown with easy access to the highways, trolly downtown, Deep Ellum. The facilities are beautiful, the gym in particular is HUGE and well equipped. The views are amazing, an added surprise...I went out on my balcony last week and there it was, the most popular attraction to hit Dallas in years, the Leaning Tower of Dallas!
I've been a resident of The Mondrian for 2.5+ years and it has been an excellent place to live. The property is very well built and constructed like a commercial building (concrete). I've lived at other Uptown Dallas apartments, and this has by far been my favorite due to the quality of the building, walkable location and easy access to major roads. The building is very quiet, and the parking garage and gym are fantastic. The other residents are mostly 30-40 year old professionals, and there are many long-term residents here (which says a lot!). I've also always felt very safe on the property. The management company does a fantastic job and are always nice to work with and very fast with any type of request. 5/5 for The Mondrian.
I have been living at the Mondrian for over a year and a half and I cannot speak highly enough of the building, concierge, management, location, maintenance staff, and more. The building is very well maintained, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are so friendly and professional - I enjoy interacting with them in the common areas every day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. The concierge is always helpful and willing to help with a range of tasks from holding doors, printing documents, assisting visitors, retrieving packages, and more. Parking is easy and safe and the spots are big enough. I will happily continue to live at the Mondrian as long as I am renting an apartment in Dallas!
The Mondrian is a very well maintained building with the friendliest staff. The concierge service is amazing and they offer great amenities and activities for the residents. There is so much included with the rent (e.g., fitness classes, Starbucks machine). Also the location is amazing and so close to everything in the uptown community. It has been such a great place to call home for the last few years, it was very bittersweet to leave the Mondrian. If we didn't buy a house we would have stayed for years to come!
The concierge staff is very professional, friendly and seems to know everyone that walks in the door. I’m a vendor and see them almost every day. They’re always on their “A” game!
I have lived in the Mondrian at Cityplace for almost 10 years. It has been a wonderful experience, and the leasing office is very helpful and attentive when it comes to their residents. The maintenance team worked diligently and anytime I have a minor issue, they usually resolve it the same day. The amenities have been wonderful and it’s a pretty quiet place to live. The rates are reasonable in regards to the services provided. I’ve looked at a few other places in the past but nothing compares to the Mondrian. Awesome place to live!
I have lived here for over a year, and love it. The apartments are great and very spacious. The amenities are very nice and up to date with a great pool, zen garden, and gym. The maintenance staff is very prompt and resolve any issues extremely quickly. The front office staff is excellent, especially Shawn, Pam, and Michael. They are extremely helpful and just generally great people. The location is walking distance to tons of bars restaurants and a great park with tennis courts. Highly recommend.
