They don't deserve one star but you have to put something. The heavy set woman with that little ponytail was very rude & unprofessional. They charged my card for gas then said it declined but the money was taken out of my bank. I showed her where it went through and she disregarded it and didn't care to get to the bottom of it. Judging the way the store looks I see why, they don't care about anything!! I will never go back!!

During previous visits, most of the staff have been friendly and helpful. There was one man who did the bare minimum, not wanting to help or come to the counter at certain times. Homeless people used to frequent the area but I never had a real problem aside from years ago, being told Hilary will win the election and that the south will rise again. It was strange. Regardless, I do feel safe at this location. The store is clean and well stocked.

I usually stop by here every morning to get my coffee and it is usually the quickest way to get my coffee. I am greatly disappointed by this location in particular for several reasons:
- Employees doesn't care. If you're standing by the cash register, it took them a while for them to get off their phone and serve you.
- One of the employees doesn't even wear a face mask doesn't even practice clean food handing.
- There usually a beggar sits right outside the store and they don't care about dealing with that
If you're the manager who's reading this. Get your **** together! We don't want to see this as a COVID-19 breeding ground!

It’s true this location has several beggers sitting right outside. Unfortunately there was a law passed several years ago that it’s now legal to pan handle. That being said, the management should come out and ask them to leave because it’s just bad for business. This is Addison not downtown Dallas. I hate getting out of my car and being stared down and asked for money as much as the next guy/gal so not sure why the employees don’t come out and ask them to leave.

Sick and tired of being approached by beggars. I ask the manager why they don't do anything about it and they say police won't help. Find that hard to believe. There are a lot of single womenv walking in and out. These people might just be homeless or they could be looking for their next high. If i get approached again im calling the cops til they get there and let them handle it. I don't feel safe and I don't like it. When the store doesn't care about your safety bad things will happen that could have been prevented. Just ignoring them doesn't fix the problem !!

The staff is always amazing, and very attentive. The store is stocked, clean, and super organized. I love shopping here, hands down favorite location.

No complaints whatsoever about the shop or employees.. ..but some of the times I've filled up here with a motorcycle I've had to come back that weekend and clean the carburetors.. ..which can be attributed to bad gas. I'm no mechanic, and this is an anecdote; but my fuel filter is fine.

Entire staff basically has resting b--ch face. Not welcoming at all and hate it when you ask them to do anything for you. I wanted a pizza and the guy working that night straight up hated the fact I asked for pizza. Never eat their pizza btw it tastes like canned foods on bread.
