I ordered the loaded baked potato tonight (with smoky Texas bbq brisket) and it was amazing! Since moving to Dallas I've tried brisket at probably a half a dozen places and this brisket is right up with the best of them for smokey flavor. Their homemade bbq sauce (sweet, smokey, and with a nice kick of heat), was really great, too! The potato was baked just right and came loaded with brisket and melted cheddar cheese (and perhaps bacon bits) with chopped green onions on top. On the side there was sour cream, with additional chopped green onions, and, for those who like more heat, jalapeno peppers. The portions were generous-- for me it was more like 2 portions. The owners were friendly, and chatted with people as they prepared things. If you happen to see their food truck, I highly recommend stopping for some brisket!
