Pizza always comes out good when I go! Service sometimes slow.. The one thing that did notice that there should be a change is the drive thru line. There was a car in front me for 25 mins and mine was ready for pickup.. I would've thought they would advise the first car to park so other cars can go through the drive through and pick up, just like other fats food restaurants.
Pizza was prepared quickly, arrived ahead of schedule, & hot. 3 of the 4 pizzas were great. The ham & pineapple had < 1/4 of it where there wasn't hardly any pineapple. It wasn't evenly distributed, but that was probably a 1-time fluke.
It all tasted delicious.
This location did a great job with my pizza and were very accommodating. Light baked stuffed crust deliciousness!!
The pizza hut app is AWFUL, I tried for a good 30 minutes to use my rewards before giving up on my 300 point large pizza reward. However, I also ordered my birthday cinnasticks and went to pick-up, but again the app failed to apply the credit for the order! Ugh, the app is horrible. The customer service at this location was great tho and did what they could to correct it, which was greatly appreciated.
Pizza hut corporate, please work on fixing your app!
It honestly takes a lot for me to write reviews. But this sweet woman absolutely deserves a 5 star review.
An hour went by after I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, so I called to confirm they got my order. Joan answered the phone and I can hear multiple lines ringing through my phone (it's a Friday night), yet she was so calm and collected when she spoke to me over the phone. She kindly said that they were down 2 drivers and I told her that I completely understood and it wasn't a rush, I was just checking in. She assured me that if I didn't receive my pizza within 10 minutes, to please call her back. It wasn't even 5 minutes later, my pizza delivery man was at my door. He was also very sweet.
Oh, and the pizza itself was perfectly cooked and hot.

I just tried the pepperoni melt. It was really good, but very greasy... I would still buy it again!
I ordered BNY the way I wanted they absolutely did an amazing job. When I picked up the pizza and went in my car I looked inside again and realized I forgot the pepperoni 😂 I went back in and asked them to add it and I was willing to pay extra but they didn't let me and made it again! 🤯

Food was ready and fresh when I picked it up. The two ladies that assisted me were very nice and polite. Both of them did an excellent job. The food was excellent.
