It's like 7am-ish on Christmas Eve in the airport. My expectations are low. I'm not a fan of Applebee's in any location, but our options were limited.
The waitress informs us right away that they only offer 1 breakfast sandwich but a full lunch/dinner menu. Ok 😞 👍🏽 I was glad she told us right away.
The waitress was super nice. She was very attentive to all of the customers even though I'm convinced she was the only waitress there.

People should never rate this place less than 5 stars. Shout out to Jose the badass bartender. Jose is a very hard worker - he's so on top of everything and makes sure everyone has everything that they need in a very quick amount of time! Very impressed and more than satisfied with my visit!

Overall good plac s for sitting on a big party. Food was pretty good and felt tasty after a long flight. For an American restaurant it's a solid place

My daughter, my two granddaughters and I sat down for a meal, before our flight boarded. The service was great, fast and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend you try the "Bahama Mama" (adult beverage), it was delicious!

I was extremely hungry and had 40 minutes before boarding. I'm grateful I stopped here because the food was delicious and not overly prices, considering its location.

1st time at Applebee's. Was seated fast and servers made sure customers had enough time to dine and catch their flight. Liked the flavor of the rib bites but they were on the dry side, possibly microwaved. Service was friendly but a little slow.

I'm having an awesome time hereat the sports bar and grill. The waitress (Stephanie S.) is helpful, courteous and attentive. She's an asset to Applebee's and an example of how customer service is supposed to be exhibited.

We wanted to fill our bellies before our flight. As soon as the sign caught his eye, he wanted Applebee’s.
There was a concierge desk, but no concierge. We forged ahead and chose a table on our own. We sat there for 28 minutes and only in the last 5 minutes did someone present to the desk to seat diners. Every other group of people we directed to seat themselves. It would have been a nice customer service touch to at least have a sign out stating “seat yourself”. Especially in an enormous airport that you are unfamiliar with.
Our server was great! We told him we had to board in 20 minutes, he took our order right away (hubbs always knows what he wants when we go to Applebee’s) brought drinks right out and kept them full. He was polite and friendly while serving many tables. He was thoughtful enough to bring our bill out ASAP so we could just be on our way and not wait for it.
We ordered the combination appetizer platter, and it was ready pretty fast. It was as good as every other time we have ordered it. The spinach artichoke dip seemed flavorless, but it may have seemed that way only to me because of all the flavorful food I’d had & grown accustomed to while visiting Dallas for a month.
The restaurant was clean and appropriate in comparison to other Applebee’s.
