It was alright, my husband and I order the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and I order mine with extra chicken, they did charge me 3 extra dollars for it, and when we got it, well mine looked just like my husband, no extra chicken. Besides that, it is ok
Good service during the day, I didn't have any issues. The inside was kept up clean when I visited.
Love the people who work here. They are super friendly and FAST. At night there is always a difference homeless guy standing right past the order screen. I know it's not anyone's fault. It's just super uncomfortable as a woman by myself.
Bad neighborhood but properly maintained parking lot w good lighting and dine in area is clean and lots of room
Great service and my Egg Rolls were steaming hot and delicious.

It was a great experience with the exception of how congested the parking lot is. I ordered through my app to save time only to find myself waiting in a line of cars on the service road just to get in the parking lot. They share a parking lot wit McDonald's and use the same entrance into the parking lot which is very small entrance. McDonald's drive through exit put the cars right out at the entrance to get in the parking lot so good luck if there are cars waiting to leave out because coming in you have to left turn into parking lot which means you have to sit and wait or cut someone off just to get to Jack in the box they are right off the highway so traffic is heavy anyways so usually there is a line of cars waiting to leave McDonald's making it hard to get to Jack in the box. Seriously, was anyone thinking that this was not going to be a problem? Jack in the box get your own entrance separate from McDonald's. I say in the line for almost 25min. But once I got to Jack y in the box it was very fast, my meals was hot, the staff was very friendly.
They are busy at times, but good food can't be rushed.
I absolutely love this jack in the box. Again I only go over night. My guy Alex or Alek takes the orders and distributes them.I’m used to fast food employees having a bad attitude but this man has the best attitude every single time I see him. I really appreciate employees like him. He deserves a raise please!!!!
I love going to Jack In The Box! Everything is good, except for delivery of the food. If I have to put my burger together, that's not right I'm not good with that. When you hand me a sack in the fries are in the sack not in the container supposed to come in, I'm not good with that. Maybe they need more help or pay better attention to the delivery. Big 50
