I went in on 10/3/23. Best service I’ve ever received going to this location. The manager and the crew were all pleasant and customer service was superb! I asked for fresh food and got just that with a smile and no attitude.. I’m not sure of the managers name but she was a young black lady and very sweet. Thanks so much for great customer service. Yesterday was long but you made my day complete! Kudos to you all.
Today I made a quick stop to get a bite at 11830 n central express way I bought a texas whopper meal first stop the register zone and was greeted by a young guy kevin and one of the managers on duty Geraldine got me ready and took care of my order I had to order some nuggets to try surprise me on the price so I order 2 orders great place to relax while you eat clean and quiet just like I like it thanks Geraldine sweet helpful friendly great smile.kevin thanks for your service keep it up
Typical Burger King food, but it's always hot and fresh. Not a very busy store, but the workers are a pleasure to deal with. Easy access off of 75 and Forest.
Been to a few other Burger Kings before and left disappointed each time but today I quite enjoyed my visit. I got some coupons in mail so I figured I use one since this place was close and I was hungry. I got a whopper meal and added cheese to it. All of the food was fresh made and tasty, especially fresh were the veggies on my burger which I didn't expect based on my previous visits, and the burger itself was a decent size. The cashier lady was friendly and pleasant too. Place was clean and not too crowded.
They have the best onion rings. Cashier was really nice. I did not care for the new nuggets. I will try the spicy ones next time.
Service is prompt and they always do a good job with my orders. I've never had to go back because something was missing or been upset that the customizations weren't correct. They also accept those combo coupons that you get in the mail. To redeem those, I find it easier to go inside vs the drive through, just a personal preference 😊

I came through the drive through earlier. The lady at the window. She was a sweetheart. She gave me the incorrect change drove all the way to rockwall and realized it. Came back up here. The 2 gentlemen that were working. Friendly personalities and excellent customer service. Having amazing employees like that is the reason i will definitely be back at this location to get food. Thank you guys
The ordering speaker box was broken so you couldn't really hear the worker, but they could hear you.
It's a fast food joint with nothing really special to it.
Another great experience at a Burger King! I haven't been to this particularly location in a year or two, but it was up to the grade. Ordered inside take out. I enjoy their Wednesday Whopper deal if you have the app...$1 Whopper, $2 Double Whopper and $3 triple! Single is fine for me! Staff was very friendly and professional, store was spotlessly clean, service quick and everything was fresh, hot and perfect! Kudos to the team!
