Good pizza, the crust is crispy and the breading is very thin. The pizza is very light, so it might not make one completely full.
Pizzeria Testa, we found it by accident as we were driving up and down Greenville during a visit to SMU, we were crazy hungry and I was ready to order some appetizers to get us through the point where our pizzas were ready and the waiter said the pizzas take less than 2 minutes so we ordered a pizza as our appetizer with a couple glasses of wine. We were hooked after the first bite and ordered 3 more pizzas to share. We have recommended Pizzeria Testa to friends and family traveling through the Dallas area. I prefer a thin crust, fresh ingredient pizza and these definitely met that criteria. I like a little more crunch crust while my family prefers a little more doughy.. we were all happy with the crust and the ingredients were fresh, the veggies were crisp and the meats also tasted fresh. We have been back several times and when the weather is nice sitting on the patio is a plus.
Delicious, rich food with a lovely ambiance. Had a truly great night thanks to this place. Well worth the price
Everything was great, just one thing I think they can improve on. Finding a way to get the pizza dough more crispy and crunchy underneath. Like once its ready from the fire oven, move it to a flat grill to toast under the pizza more. This way it will not flop down and all the ingredients won't fall off.
Our waiter was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Truly outstanding service and made our dinner memorable! The place had a nice modern feel to it. A nice selection of Italian dishes if you want something other than pizza as well.
Awesome pizza. They crust and sauce has a lot of flavor. They make their own dough it appears. I was very impressed at the quality of the pizza and dinning experience. Pizza is perfect for two people.
Trendy pizza joint with great pizza and all Italian wines. Awesome time.
Nice setting for wine and pizza.
Not your cheap hole in the wall place.
Beautiful interior, full bar, wine list, and great pizza.
Loved it after an afternoon at the arboretum.
In general, the pizza is pretty fire. My gf and I frequent this place and the pizza does not disappoint and we’ve ordered a good variety of their offerings.
In our most recent outing we thought what the hell let’s get pasta in addition to pizza. We ultimately discovered that their specialty is indeed pizza as their name suggests. Plain and simple their pasta missed the mark. We ordered the bolognese and frankly the sauce was too carrot forward and just lacking overall depth. In gen Z terms just mid. So my recommendation is stick to the pizza and steer clear of the pasta.
My absolute favorite pizza in Dallas and quite possibly the universe. Their gluten free pizza is so good that you will think you were served the wrong pizza. So amazing!
The meter long pizza is to die for! select up to 4 options of pizza from their extensive menu and enjoy a fine neapolitan style pizza with your table. Will definitely be back here for more pizza and negronis!
