I had some issues here not going to lie not all the time my order was right, but the one thing I will always say is my food was never old or cold. If I address any problems they will always make it right. I love all the staff there even since I met Manager Lewis and then I cried when he left but they had a new Manager and she's amazing she always take care of me the same way Lewis did and they always remember me and know exactly what I like and don't like. I have never had another Wendy's treat me so good as this location. I believe they need more credit on their reviews and hope they get recognition for such outstanding service for this. As a returning customer and their local regular customer I hope they get a day off or some kind of recognition for their hard work and team work.
This particular wendys location wins the award for speed and service. I have a lot of options for a lunch stop and I will continue to come here as long as they run it as well as it runs here! These team members deserve a raise!
Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich combo with mayonnaise and extra mustard only. Received a sandwich with extra mayonnaise and extra mustard along with a couple of tomatoes and lettuce which I didn't want. I hate the taste of tomatoes and could still taste them even though I took them off. Tomatoes taste so gross to me tasting like throw up/vomit. I even emphasized the mayonnaise and extra mustard ONLY when I ordered.
Fast and fresh food done right. My order was timely and everything was correct.
Come to grab some quick lunch with my daughter and have a great experience manager Luis was taking care of the front. Lobby was very busy and he went out of his way and take care of my order that was kinda complicated. I can see he and his team make a great flow when store is busy. Keep doing the great job. He loves his job. 10☆
Please stop holding fries.

I wanted something small to hold me over for the night and the Wendy's off forest never picks up calls (could be closed). I called this location and the man who answered was very nice and told me they close at 10pm (only 10 mins till) I live right next to this Wendy's so I drove over with 5 minutes to spare. I apologized for coming so late and the man working was super nice and respectful. I even got a few extra nuggets since they were closing. 10/10 customer service

I have a patron of this restaurant for 12 years. I've seen this location rebound from the devastating tornado in October 2019. It took awhile to rebuild the building, then reopen to immediately have the challenge of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Many times, I went to the Wendy's on Forest Lane, because the service, unfriendly staff, incorrect orders, staff more interested in Drive Thru SOS times than giving great food and service, had really gotten me upset at this Marsh Lane location.
I quit going to this location prior to the the tornado, because I just couldn't handle the rude, bad service, and poorly prepared food products.
Fast forward to February of 2022. This location is two minutes away from our home. On the night that our sleet storm came in, I was trying to get home before the roads got bad, and wanted food in case we lost power. So I went to the drive thru. Although they were obviously short staffed, and had a small line of cars, I was greeted warmly by the lady at the speaker. I could feel her smile, without seeing her face. The food was very hot and tasty.
I've been back two other times since then.

Great service, best people, awesome food...only complaint is the long line... If you're in a hurry you might not want to stop by yet, but if you wait... You'll have exactly what you ordered, hot and delecious from a friendly staff member. I have personally seen a genuine smile from every person here. I highly recommend this place if you have the time to spare.
Food was great ordered 2 biggie bags everything was hot including the fries everything was great
