I always know whatever goes into my body from The Gem is nutritious, clean, pure and prepared with lots of love and attention to detail. When you see the owners jumping in to help at the register on busy days and cleaning the front doors to make sure all is sparkling you know they are making sure too that all that goes into their customers bodies sparkles as well ✅

There are many places in Dallas that offer healthy clean food, but fail to deliver that food in an earth friendly way. The Gem is the real deal! They serve up clean fresh food and healthy beverages in biodegradable and compostable containers. They use Recycle Revolution and compost food scraps. You can feel good every way about purchasing at The Gem. My favorites are the Tahitian Pearl, Immunity Tea and the steel cut oatmeal.

Love this place! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. LOVE THE MUSHROOM SOUP!!! Sooooo good! Wish they put the calorie intake and ingredient list (along with the amount of protein on the actual soup box but they don’t). Smoothies are great. ALL VEGAN TOO. That’s wassup!

First time trying The Gem this week...Love the products and Love the staff! Great fresh juices and food. Doesn't taste like it was made days ago. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to my diet needs. The best part is they have Workout Cleanse that includes FOOD also! I'm kicking my current juice bar to the curb! The Gem is my new home!

Haven't been to the gem in a year and it was just like I remember. Great juice recipes and the only place I know of where I can get ginger shot.

Hummus is delicious! Staff is amazing! A must especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. Great if you are in a hurry and need to grab and go. But there is a small very comfy seating area if you can stick around.
