It’s Taco Bell so let’s be honest, I wasn’t expecting anything fantastic. I ordered on the app before arriving. As I walked in, I was greeted and asked to use the kiosk or if I had a mobile order. My order wasn’t fast but not slow either. The food was hot and made correctly so that was a plus. The whole time in here I could hear the manager pushing the staff along, making sure orders were called, correct, then out the door. The environment was friendly, yet efficient. I honestly can’t say how appreciative it is as a guest to get the service they were providing.
Some time ago, I did have an issue with this location. I toke up 1/2 my lunch trying to get my order corrected. But I decide to try them again and I was thoroughly surprised.
The service as greatly improved. The young man at the drive they window is doing a great job, the service is faster and the food is prepared well.

I was treated with a smile and friendly attitude and my food was fresh! Taco bell, please pay this Man at the window enough to keep him in your business. It’s hard to find a employee like this in fast-food restaurant on Friday day night.
Got the new nacho fries "grilled cheese" fries. Serving was small, but flavor was good. I always get good service there.

Everyone in line was served quickly, I was treated with a smile and friendly attitude and my food was fresh! Thank you to everyone on staff this night and great customer service from the team member at the window!
It's been a long time since I've been to a taco bell, I love their new way of ordering, really helped with my social fears. And I am greatful one of the employees came and let us know of what they had out of stock as some of it was on our order! It was great and quiet.
They weren't too fast, but they were friendly which makes up for it. These days people are so unhappy, so any time I go somewhere and it happens to be somewhere with maybe a new employer barely learning the ropes and they are still upbeat - it makes me reevaluate my life.
