My stay here was overall good. Front desk and valet showed a genuine concern for guest satisfaction which I appreciated. Room was basic although comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a refrigerator, iron, safe, etc. Self parking was also available which could be an option if you don
Really there is nothing wrong with this hotel, particularly for business (which I'm on). Good downtown location. Very good reception staff. Decent, if 'uninspired' breakfast. Very well designed and well kept rooms, although having no main light and having to operare 5 lights independently to illumin
I posted the exercise room pics because the website only has one, and it makes the room look small. It is actually a very nice room with machines for every body part, and it has free weights. The handicap room is very spacious so a wheelchair can turn easily, and the bathroom is very accessible wit
They charge $5 for bottled water in the room. I think it is silly to charge for water when I am already spending close to $500 a night for the room. If I want to be nickel and dimed, I will stay at a discount hotel and fly Spirit Airlines. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel.
Very clean and well kept property with excellent customer service. The restaurant was decent but not the greatest food. We enjoyed our room with a lovely view of the city and within a short walking distance to great food options.
The food at the hotel bar was A1 breakfast and dinner. The eggs could’ve used a little love lol but the service with Keshawn and the other tall Hispanic guy made it all come together. 🤎🤎
The hotel is conveniently located downtown and within a pretty comfortable walking distance of the aquarium and the Perot museum and science center. It has direct access into the plaza of America's where you can find maybe a dozen different places to eat in the food court for a quick meal with mult
Everything was great! Lost my phone and was helped by several staff members. The restaurant is amazing also. Definitely would come back.
I wasn't thrilled with the valet service, so I skipped it, but every other aspect of my stay was great. The hotel was packed with teens, but everything was far smoother than I'd ever been at a property hosting a bunch of high schoolers.
Nicely updated hotel, with all new furniture and soft goods. Staff and location were great. My only complaint was the noise in the room from both doors closing, (including mine), and noise from the hallway, (other guests / housekeeping), being easily heard in my room. I ended up having to use ear
Had a wonderful experience with this Hotel, both of the Gentleman at Valet Parking were wonderful and went out their way to be helpful . I came in on a Sunday evening to go see my Cancer doctor at Baylor Monday morning , my car was out front and ready . Every employee of the hotel went out of their
Nice Marriott product and great value. Service was marginal for room cleaning. Restaurant staff were very nice.
Everything is nice about this hotel except one thing. The meeting rooms are on the other side of a large atrium. If you are older that's a lot of walking.
Stayed here for an event called "Texas Furry Fiesta" as it was the overflow hotel, everything was nice however room service could of been a little bit better, I asked for an extra comforter for the room for my roommates but they just gave me extra flat sheets and all, I also asked for extra towels t
Nice clean hotel in heart of downtown Dallas Great customer service. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
Best Air Conditioning I’ve had at a Marriott! The hotel is in a good location and the staff has been very helpful. The M Club is beautiful but unfortunately isn’t consistent with its offerings. Half the time it’s incredible with over-the-top food and beverage and half the time there isn’t anything.
