Subway

The salad I bought was good. I ordered a Teriyaki chicken salad. There were 2 people working in the store. They were both black, and man and a woman. They appeared to be young, less than 40, I'm pretty sure they were younger than that. The vibe and the atmosphere was not great. I'm really big on customer service and they didn't have any. They looked at each customer come through the door but never greeted anyone including me. The young man that made .y salad had a frown on his face the whole time. The young lady walked to the back. He asked if I wanted crackers but never gave them to me. So I won't be back.

The manager takes up the whole space behind the counter, JUST IN THE WAY. The workers tell her things like 10 times and she’s like I just can’t hear you. There’s only two bread options, the space behind the glass was dirty, certain veggies were missing. The line was out the door, three people behind the counter and only one guy was doing anything . The manager and the other guys were just walking around writing stuff on back of receipts. I told the guy like three times since he kept asking over and over.

Very unprofessional, they usually don’t have vegetables which is crazy because that’s what they supposedly sell- sandwiches with veggies if ppl desire that. Guy was more worried about his music and girl was on the phone the whole time- to top it off no fresh bread was made and they didn’t have the type of sandwich that I wanted. Never going to this location again. Very dirty and unprofessional. Ended up leaving to another location. They need to close this one- it was not my 1st experience either, this happens all the time.

From my wife's visit: I came here on a Wednesday (04/12/17) around 445pm. It was very busy and the worker seemed frustrated. She had red curly hair and horrible customer service. First of all, she was helping me and another lady at the same time and I did not know if she was speaking to me or the other lady at times, and she would get upset and basically yell at me if I didn't respond. Then she gave me white bread, when I asked for wheat. She also popped an attitude with me when I told her I still wanted more veggies on my sandwich. She yelled, "that's why I asked you what you wanted." When my order was complete, she basically smashed my sandwich together and continued to have attitude while I paid. I know we all have bad days, but she was very rude and that was the worst customer service experience that I have had. I will not be going to this location again. They need some classes on customer service.

Restaurant was very nasty, employees smelled of marijuana & bad decisions, manager charged me extra for black olives. Bread was hard & misshaped A complete mess. The employee making my food was rude & threw bread at me after asking was it soft. It was just terrible. He kept asking me how to use their equipment like I work there & got frustrated that I didn’t know.
