Great place and awesome staff. Never once had a issue on wait times for anything here. Definitely fun times everytime. And the fish & chips are freaking amazing!!!

Nice place. Food looks and smells great. DJ J.lex was an awesome dj. She really had the crowd going. Can’t wait to visit again just to hear her! 4 stars just for the dj.

Good local spot to grab some beer and watch the game. Doesn't get crowded which is nice. Good bar food, I really like the garlic mashed potatoes. Only have a few taps, but they have a good selection of bottled/canned beer. I can always find a beer I like. A few times I've tried to go they were closed for private events, which was a bummer.

We went here to grab an app and a drink before the Wicked show at Music Hall Fair Park. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The atmosphere was an industrial look and it didn't smell of smoke. The drinks are well poured and priced reasonably. They even had a "Wicked" menu with specials on it for the show. The bartenders were super cool and had a ton of bar games they kept pulling out for us to fiddle and play with. This is the PERFECT place to stop in before a show or anytime really. It's 350ft (that's right, I google mapped it) from the front of the Music Hall. My only critique is I wish they had a few healthier options on the menu. I can't do fried food. So maybe a hummus or chicken satay app or even a black bean burger added to the menu. Other than that, this place ruled!

Glad to see some new life breathed into this location. The surrounding area is becoming increasingly popular, and this establishment could be the start of a new era. Expo bar offers reasonably priced delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy karaoke, DJ nights, and live music. (Not to mention great drinks with even better friends!) A must-see if you haven't yet checked it out.

Went to go meet up with some friends for a birthday get-together and by the time we got there you were a little behind the group had left. I got me a quick shot and the bartender was quick friendly and very attentive. So he got a great tip

Good food and great beer selection! The expo burger was tasty, and the that one brownie dessert was fantastic. We'll be coming back for sure! The manager was also super friendly.

I looooved this bar, the space was private, like being in some great friends bar and back yard. He made us coffee. Talked with us at length about the area. Very very engaging but not hovering bartender. Seemed very lgbtq friendly which added to the warmth and ambiance. Will definitely make this a regular stop when I am in the area for a concert at starplex or am in the Fair Park area. You wont regret this eclectic little hidden gem.

A bit of a surprise with this place. We stopped in for dinner after a visit to Craft & Growler. We got the queso for an appetizer. Delicious in flavor though a bit runny. Definitely recommended. I got the chicken fried steak and garlic mashed potatoes. The steak was good but the gravy on top was the shining star. It was creamy and had great flavor. The mashed potatoes were a bit disappointing, despite the texture being on point. I didn't taste any garlic and it required a decent amount of salt and pepper. Once I got some on there and added some of the gravy, they were tasty as well. I feel like $9.50 would be a better price point for this plate instead of $11.50. The wife got the black bean burger and fries. The burger was alright. The patty had a bit of liquid smoke and bbq flavor; not bad. Probably would be better at around a $7.50 price point. The best part of her (and my) meal were the fries. Don't know what they do but the fries are perfect. A light crispiness on the outside and soft fluffiness on the inside. The seasoning is on point as well to where they don't require ketchup but tastes great with some if you so desire. They kind of remind me of curly fries just done way better. An added bonus is 50% food on Wednesdays from 5-11! Was a nice surprise when we got our check. I definitely recommend giving the place a try. They deliver appetizers to Craft & Growler next door as well!

Had a birthday party at Expo Bar and the staff was WONDERFUL! They reserved booths for us, called to confirm the week before and the day of, and had balloons and signs for the birthday girl. Great experience at Expo Bar!

Best food in the area hands down! AhhhmaIng customer service. Took my mom this weekend, she loved her Caesar salad and I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. And the cherry lemonade is the ishhhh.
