So oakcliff needs more than 1 chick-fil-A. I was there saturday, 6/25/16. The drive-through line was outrageous and out the parking lot and the inside was packed. Thankfully, they were prepared, had enough workers, the lines inside moved fast, and the service was still great. They even had someone in the drive-through assisting with taking orders. Now that's good customer service.
These place is always busy, but they take care of you very quickly and food is always fresh and hot. This is why we always come back.
The experience is extremely what we’ve all come to know, love and expect from this chain. The restrooms are clean, the workers are friendly and welcoming, the facility is clean, the drive through is swift and the overall experience is amazing. I frequently visit this location for lunch and you can’t go wrong coming here with your family or friends for a quick bite to eat.
Food was ready quick and correct. Order taker and giver were both nice. Caramel shake was amazing!
Everything is always great at any Chick-fil-a I ever visit. Food is always good and accurate, and the staff are so personable! Debbie did a wonderful job making me feel special, and I left with a smile. :)
Very efficient and the customer service was engaging. The food was fresh and warm. I really like this CFA because the employees are always very accommodating and attentive! I asked the young man a very random question and he politely replied with an answer that was comical yet factual. That’s my kind of service.
Staff was very quick and polite. Got a refill and two employees bunped into each other and spilled my drink. They laughed shook it off not getting upset at one another. He got me a new cup and she cleaned it up right away. They do not get bogged down by simple mistakes, they all had a genuine good attitude.
Went in with kids to let them get some energy out. They had fun playing. And always ❤️ the chicken and waffle fries. When you go up to ask for something they are polite and curious.
Good friendly service, food is alway great as expected i like the familiar flavor. Don't care too much about the drive-thru always being packed they do get the cars moving so that always a +++. Parking lot could be bigger.
Great food and service as I've come to expect from chic-fil-a, my only issue with this location is traffic which to be honest is a difficult problem to fix. They put the building right on a corner that leads into a shopping center. This is bad because the line wraps around the corner causing traffic to back up the intersections of the main streets. Otherwise great place to eat, just horrible planning before built.
Great customer service the youth are very polite and very Hard working and respectful… I am soo surprised because now a days with the young they are nothing like this it the oppositethey are not respectful or hard working and polite . But this chick fil a change my out look for the better !!!!!! Hands 🙌 off to all the youth at this chick fil a …… specifically Sulaima and keasia….They are the Best !!!! Keep up the great work youth you all are going somewhere!!!!!⭐️🫵🏻❤️
It's Chick-fil-A. Simple chicken sandwiches with waffle fries and lots of sauce varieties. Consistent at any location and if anything isnt right about your visit then they will make it right. Whatever it takes.
