This location is typically busy, I believe due to proximity to hospital. Staff was friendly and food came out as expected.

I stopped by here to pick up a salad for lunch and I had been in line for about 15 minutes or so when they told me their machines were down and they couldn't accept my card payment. The girl was very sweet and let me leave with my salad even though they couldn't take payment. True customer service.

The drive thru line is HORRENDOUS during lunch hour. How long it take to make a ham & cheese sandwich?! Sheesh!!! Customer service is great though, very nice employees!
This Schlotzsky's is most excellent.. The service was pleasant and expedient. the sandwich was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat outside this time..
