This location is typically busy, I believe due to proximity to hospital. Staff was friendly and food came out as expected.

I've only ever had bad experiences with this restaurant chain. This time was different. The mac'n'cheese was amazing and the sandwich I had, it was so good I don't even remember the name of it. If I go back I'll know it but I was wanting a second order of the mac'n'cheese! Very centralized, extremely clean and had a great staff. Will go back!

I stopped by here to pick up a salad for lunch and I had been in line for about 15 minutes or so when they told me their machines were down and they couldn't accept my card payment. The girl was very sweet and let me leave with my salad even though they couldn't take payment. True customer service. I will in fact be back to pay for the lunch that they so graciously allowed me to take when their systems were down. Thank you guys!

The sandwich I purchased was so delicious, fresh ingredients and generous portions that I wished I had ordered a large sandwich. I downloaded the application for "Schlotzsky's Rewards" and automatically earned a free sandwich on my next visit. And for every 7 sandwiches you purchase, you get one free. They also send special deals to you when you download their application or go in to one of their stores with Bluetooth on. Amazing!

Delicious! Always get the Original because it's classically delicious, but today I got a grilled cheese with 🥑 and 🥓 alongside a tomato basil dipping sauce (like soup), yummy! Staff is friendly and made great jokes:)

The drive thru line is HORRENDOUS during lunch hour. How long it take to make a ham & cheese sandwich?! Sheesh!!! Customer service is great though, very nice employees!

This Schlotzsky's is most excellent.. The service was pleasant and expedient. the sandwich was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat outside this time..

This particular store is clean and well run. It's down the street from church, so I seem to have a lot of impromptu dinners here. Always pretty solid.
