Stopped in for lunch at the new neighborhood spot and was immediately greeted by Zach, my server, and was asked to sit wherever I like. The place is well laid out with a large bar begging for you to have a seat with friends and have a drink. I chose a seat at the back to avoid temptation. Tables run down the middle of the dining room and give diners enough room to talk without feeling like you're eavesdropping on your neighbors. A large booth sits near the back for larger parties looking to have a good time. A huge patio awaits warmer weather for some fun outdoor dining. Menu appears to be seasonable as it was entitled Fall 2017. Started with a bowl of cauliflower soup. Soup was really well done, smooth but retained the texture and flavor of the cauliflower. Complemented the soup with some deviled eggs. Eggs were high quality and the filling was extremely flavorful and balanced. Bacon might be a nice add in the future to these. The C&V Cheeseburger arrived on a brioche bun with fresh vegetables. The pickles and the red onion slice were great. Medium temp was ordered and prepared spot on. Meat is a half pound brisket blend and is the star of the sandwich. Shoestring fries were chosen over the side salad. Fries were crisp without being overcooked and well seasoned. I decided to tempt fate and try the fried Brussels sprouts. So good! Not battered and fried but prepared in some way that makes them delicious and I couldn’t stop eating them. Zach’s service was attentive and informative without crowding me. Jimmy, the manager, also stopped by to check on food and service. Price points for items are in line with similar style restaurants in the area. I’ll be back for dinner and bringing friends . . . and having drinks.

I've been to the past restaurants that have been at this location and I am thoroughly impressed with Cedar & Vine. Tried the fried shrimp appetizer, the salmon and the chicken parmesan, all delicious. Everything under $20. They even have an impressive draft beer, draft wine, and cocktail list. Felicia was out waitress and she really knew her stuff. Will definitely be returning.

Hibiscus Sour was phenomenal! Food was amazing! (Not a fan of the deviled eggs) Service was excellent. No wait. Not too packed. Definitely check this place out! I love their happy hour menu 🥃

It was alright! Nothing so special but overall great. It tastes like you expected which I think it’s a good thing. There’s so many restaurants just can’t even cook a food how it supposed to taste so… A good daily restaurant I would say. I dined here with group of friends and it was almost empty surprisingly for a Sunday dinner time but enjoyed! I would come back if needed :)

Ryan makes the best Old Fashion around and it’s available on happy hour! Plus the food and atmosphere is fantastic. Best kept secret, date night, out with friends, you should be here already!

I love the look of this restaurant. It is really modern and clean. The outdoor seating can use a re-design and more color on the inside but otherwise this is a really good looking place. The food is delicious and the service is really good. The chicken and waffles dish had chicken that was over cooked but the waffles were really light and tasty. This place is an easy recommendation.

Great service despite being a large party. Staff was prompt & professional. Margaritas were delicious & their steak sandwiches were a hit. Salmon tacos were decent if you’re looking for a light meal

Have come here a couple of times a year since they opened and can honestly say they have stepped it up in the food department. Brussel sprouts have always been great but as a vegetarian I love the addition of portobello mushroom steak and burger to the menu. Husband gave his burger an 8 out of 10 which is saying something. Nothing in Dallas is getting an 8 from him at the moment.

A bartender makes all the difference in the world, so look no further than Ryan at C&V! Fantastic drinks and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch one of his fun drink specials. We. Love. Him. Don’t drink? No problem, their food is delicious! Great for dinner date, girls night, brunch or just a regular lunch/dinner. Go now.

Excellent poached eggs and affordable mimosas! I ordered something that they ran out and had tacos instead. My order was wrong, I wanted flour tortillas and was nicely given them on the side. Our server was great.

The food, wine, and cocktails were fabulous. Sanitation practices in place. If you are gluten sensitive, you will want to inform yourself beforehand of options. I had success messaging via Instagram.

The Salmon & Burgers are delectable. The drinks are great. And the atmosphere is fantastic. Late night on a Saturday and it wasn't all that busy. I will definitely be back. ASK FOR JASON AS A SERVER, FIVE STAR WAITER!!!
