The lunch portion is huge and prices are awesome! My favorite is the shrimp and brisket. Oh so yummy! A must try in Dallas! I absolutely love Korean BBQ and this place does not disappoint!
the best service you will get at a korean restaurant. even though this is all you can eat Korean bbq buffet, the service is very attentive, quick to get premium meats, change out the grill from burning, and also keeps refilling drinks. the quality of the meats are top notch cuts that are tender and the flavor of the marinades are so tasty!
Customer service is a job well done. The portion were great. There wasn't any waste with it being an all you can eat. There is a good selection of protein. The sides I would have liked to have seen a bit more like maybe pickled cucumber or dried squid but that would be on the personal preference and i am not from Dallas so it's about what the locals like. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone in Dallas to stop by and try on their BBQ tour.
First thing we were greeted by this evening was a warm welcome with big smiles, friendly people and a cozy CLEAN restaurant.
All of the staff was MORE than willing to answer any and all of our questions along with even showing us how to do things with a very hands on approach.
They are so respectful and so friendly and honestly cannot rave more about how great the service was.
I absolutely cannot wait to come back and have another DELICIOUS meal here, the meats really speak for themselves. And everything was SO flavorful.
If you go for dinner I absolutely recommend getting the premium menu ($27 and some change) And ordering as much as you can fill your belly with. It's all VERY delicious!

I love this place. Their attention to detail and culinary expertise is amazing. It's also a great value. The lunch buffet has a staggering selection of gorgeous banchan. The buffet also offers fabulous soups and meats. I love the sign on every table about wasting food. Every buffet should have the same policy!

Huge selection and it's self service so you can get what you'd like. They have all the stuff you'd like including the green leaf lettuce for use with the BBQ as well. Brings me back to my time in Korea. Can't say enough good things!
When it comes to Korean BBQ and my family, I usually have to strike a balance between quality and quantity. If we went for quality every time, my 16 year old son would bankrupt us. I thought Royal strikes the balance well. Everybody loves the L.A. kalbi but since it's rationed here we often fill up on the chadol, garlic pork belly or spicy marinated pork. While my carnivore family ravages the meat, I like the fill up on the banchans options. We went on Valentine's day and we got chocolate gift bags. Small gestures go a long ways in my book.
I visited this location on a Saturday as soon as they opened for dinner service. There are two tiers of all you can eat and the caveat is that your entire party has to order the same tier. I like how all of the regular meats and banchan are self-serve. The self-serve area was very clean and well maintained. It wasn't busy at all in the restaurant so it wasn't a hassle to navigate through this area. I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 due to service. While most of the items are self-serve, you must order the premium items from you server. We wanted to start small and not over order since they do have signs about charging for wasted food. I was explicit in ordering only one of each premium meat and they ended up doubling our order for everything. It was more food than we expected so it took extra effort to finish all of it. Half of my table also waited forever to get their drinks. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend it.
