I love Start Restaurant so much!! I wish I lived in Dallas so I could eat here every day! Everything at Start Restaurant is clean for you and the environment.
Start Restaurant has a welcoming environment and a caring staff. A family was ordering in front of me when I visited and the employee taking their order was friendly and attentive to the child’s needs as they were deciding on a drink to complete the kids meal.
Whether you’re wanting to sit down with your friends for a bite to eat or your on-the-go—Start Restaurant has you taken care of. There is comfortable seating inside and a drive thru so you can eat healthy on-the-go!! And to top it all off they cater!! The possibilities are endless when going to Start Restaurant. This is definitely a healthnut/foodie’s dream restaurant!

This was our first time eating here, we will definitely be back. You can tell that everything is fresh. Love that breakfast is served until 3pm on weekends. Tony, the manager, was great, he even provided a sample of their fresh squeezed orange juice....delicious!!

This is an all natural quick bite (I wouldn't call it fast food) eatery. GiI had a great burger. Loved the fresh tater tots and all natural soda options. I will be back to try some of their baked goods.

It’s so hard to find good, healthy food on the go. Start gives this local realtor so many great options. I love the pancake sandwiches, especially on the weekends when they serve breakfast until 3pm! The spinach and goat cheese salad (I add avocado) is my go-to for lunch.

Great selection of gluten free options, made fresh, good value. I loved this place! Casual, relaxed, modern, and clean. I wish we had one at home. I got a gluten free muffin that was moist and flavorful, and the Start burger was excellent! They use eco-friendly packaging and dishes, too. I saw several other meals I want to try.

Was in Dallas on an unexpected trip, ate with them on the way out of town, fairly serious gluten sensitivity. The best, BEST chocolate cake i have every had, i ate a breakfast sandwich which was AMAZING, I have no complaints from service to food to atmosphere. Will be going back to eat WAY too many treats again soon!"

This place is a great healthy way to start your day. The hours is pretty inexpensive and good for you. It was so good that we can't back twice out of the three mornings that we were there. If definitely recommended it as a good start to the day. Didn't eat lunch or dinner but the menu looked appetizing and healthy. There is ample seating and outdoor seating as well. Two thumbs up.

My first time here and it was delicious. I was looking for some healthy fast-food, particularly a Subway restaurant. I saw this place and gave it a try. Had a Turkey Club Sandwich, small quinoa salad, and a soda. The quinoa salad was very good - a savory / sour cream flavor. Must try! The turkey sandwich had bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and a custom mayonnaise on toasted bread. Very well-done!

My company uses Start Restaurant catering at least one monthly for lunch for a team of 170+ people. They are one of our favorite lunch vendors! Food is always fresh and delicious, and they always accommodate for those of us with dietary restrictions. Erin, the owner, excels in customer service on every account. I would recommend this company MOST HIGHLY to anyone looking for healthy, delicious lunch catering.
