My colleague and I had been working on hot rod all day and decided it was time for much needed break. And lunch. He suggested poke, so I looked one up, and Poke Bop was the second closest option. The first option had low reviews. I'm not sure if it was the heat or the hunger, but this was one of the best poke bowls I have had. I chose the house special and added cilantro. It was very good, delicious, and fresh. Reasonably priced also. I highly recommend checking it out. Mahalo.
I’m a huge poke lover and this is some of the best I’ve ever had. Love some of the less common options, like quinoa for base and sprouts as a topping in addition to all the normal toppings. Fish was incredibly fresh.
I'm glad I decided to stop by because the food is amazing. The ingredients are fresh and prepared with care by the staff. There's a lot of different options for you to customize your bowl/burrito exactly to your liking. The pricing is also very reasonable for the portions you receive. I will definitely try to make a return visit!
Delicious! Good portion/price. Fresh ingredients. Very nice lady that took and made my order (got a Large Shrimp/chicken poke bowl)
I only eat poke bowls from poke bop. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff prepares the food with care and the portions are generous. You won’t be disappointed. My favorite is the pokerito
GPS accidentally took me to this Poke place rather than another one I usually go to and I am so glad I decided to try this one. I'm used to filling out the paper menu like my usual place so I was a bit intimidated with all the unfamiliar options I was used to. I was going to cheat and just order one off the house menu but since it wasn't busy I thought I'd experiment with build your bowl. The large 3 protein bowl for $12.95 seemed reasonable and loaded it up with extras like avocado and my favorite octopus salad that my usual spot doesn't offer. I also liked having the seaweed salad option as a veg filler. The portions were pretty generous and ingredients super fresh. There were lots of sauces and went for the creamy wasabi and toppings like rice puff balls and garlic chips that I've never tried. Let's say that every bite burst with flavor and ate it down to the last puff ball. I will definitely be back and I have a feeling this will be my new spot.

Great place in Oak Lawn/Lemmon Ave area to grab a quick, fresh and delicious bite to eat. Different choices of protein and toppings. The green tea rice is a really cool recipe I have never eaten before and recommend giving a try. The staff is really nice and fast. Location is clean and there is a decent amount of parking out front. Highly recommended!
Start by saying yum yum! I ordered online which was super easy. Resturant located off Lemon Ave. during lunch time is pretty congested. Order was ready when I arrived. Staff was nice. Patrons eating inside seemed to enjoy their delicious looking food. Looking forward to exploring their menu. (1st time for me)
Super delish & fresh ingredients. The lady behind the counter was friendly & helpful with her recommendations, as was the gentleman working. I didn't catch her name, but she definitely went out of her way to make me feel welcome & they have the most refreshing cucumber infused ice water that I just couldn't get enough of. The poké bowl was absolute perfection. I'll definitely be back to try more bowls & a Poké-rito! Just moved to the area & found this gem so I look forward to becoming a regular. Keep up the great work Poké Bop 🌴🌸🌊
My go-to poke bowl!
