I met up with a friend to enjoy the DJ, we danced all night and had a great atmosphere. parking is good, no food that night but you can walk next door to a pub or bar to order. The patio lifestyle is on point too!
Located near SMU, People’s Last Stand is a nice chic bar, with an open patio and ample seating space.
I actually visit PLS for my first “cocktail making class” for a fun day out with my mom & sister. Talk about good time!
We laughed, we drank, and we made 2 dig natural cocktails from scratch (a vodka martini and a blue raspberry margarita). Oh, and I can’t forget the complimentary champagne we received (by the way, it was the best champagne I’ve had - sweet and crisp with and apple undertone).
The class was excellent, about 2hrs in total, we had the entire bar to ourselves. The instructors were great, funny and personable. The music was well curated and the bar itself was comfy and roomy.
The class was $50/person. I’d definitely do it all over again.
Came here with a group of women for their cocktail class on Cinco de Mayo and had an amazing time! Parking was easy to find and the bar wasn’t crowded. The instructors were very thorough in explaining how to make each drink but made it fun! I now how a great idea on making my own cocktails and plan on buying a cocktail kit for home use. If you’re looking to make cocktails and have a great time… check this place out!
I came here with a friend for a mixology class. They had a live DJ and entertaining hosts. We mixed 2 drinks. The first was vodka based with mint and the second was tequila. The second drink was much better. Fun environment!! We will visit again.
I was here recently for a cocktail making class and had SO much fun!! I would absolutely recommend to do with a group of friends, or even solo. The instructors/bartenders have a great vibe! LOVED IT!
Normally this wouldnt be a place I would go too. But, I'm glad I did! The bartender knew his drinks and how to properly mix every drink. I highly suggest if you like a mango infused rim try the Miami Vice!
I attended a cocktail class with my mom and it was so much fun! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was very easy to find off of mockingbird and 75. Hailey was off teacher for the cocktail class and she was so nice and really made the experience even more memorable by showing off her bartending skills and giving us hidden gems and additional tips to elevate our cocktail making at home!
If you’re looking for something to do in Dallas, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

A very fun experience. We went to learn how to make cocktails. 😁 The bartenders were funny and interesting and we got to learn the proper way to shake... Shake... Shake our drinks. 😆 I absolutely suggest trying this with a group of friends or family. 💃🏾
“Pineapple purple sky” addict over here 🙋🏽♀️ so refreshing, you won’t regret this drink order.
I went to a Cocktail Class here. It was so much fun! We made 2 cocktails and also had a champagne to start with... it was so much fun. The instructors were great, and we got a complementary souvenir cup at the end. Super fun! We ordered a charcuterie board. It was delicious.
