Starbucks

What can I say, Starbucks is Starbucks. You always know what you're going to get, it's the same in every store and if it's not right they will fix it. I was out running errands and all of a sudden was hungry and stopped in for some egg white bites and they were of course delicious as always. The staff was friendly and chatty and my order was quick.

I went to another location and ordered a drink there which they made wrong. I came into this location and asked if they could make my drink even though I ordered at another location. The staff said they would make my drink for me and they did. It was perfect!! So happy and grateful for such wonderful service.

After moving to the neighborhood two years ago, I was looking for a regular Starbucks to call home, and I’m so pleased to have found this one! No drive thru means the staff can really focus on the customers in the store, and create that warm and friendly environment you expect at a boutique coffee shop, and not a chain. While they have had a solid staff over the time I’ve been a regular (shout outs to Katie and Calista!) I’m also enamored with the customer service offered by Arge and Sylvie. When I’m grumpy in the morning, these two always seem to make my day just a bit brighter, and that’s before even handing me my coffee! I highly recommend this spot. Some of my favorite baristas, and a great environment. Quiet enough to work a crossword, but cozy enough for a quiet chat as well. I cannot recommend this location enough. Totally worth the busy parking lot!

Love friendly and professional Morgan, as well as the rest of the current staff. Has not always been that way but lately seems like a solid team. Great location neither too close to nor far from mockingbird station and right next to Tom Thumb, Chase, and BoA. Comfortable traffic and cozy enough to study but also a friendly enough environment to chat with associates during the day. 10/10 will be making my regular location again.
