That McDonald's was so good, but the last time I went over there, it was one afternoon when I came from Eastfield in Pleasant Grove, I didn't get 2 syrup packets I only got 1 and no ketchup neither.
The place was clean and the workers when they bothered to acknowledge you seemed nice, though I was the only one at the counter and I was trying to get a refill had asked 3 times to 3 different people was about to loose my cool when the girl taking drive thru orders came to my rescue. Even the manager had ignored me. They weren't that busy customer wise but they looked very over crowded in the kitchen area way to many people on the clock. They were constantly bumping into each, but that has nothing to do with the food and serviceWifi was horribly slow had to use it outside to get my rewards number.
Very impressed with this McDonald's location. There was a lady in there (lady pictured in black shirt)that was on her employees about cleanliness and freshness. She was making people remake the food if it didn't look right. Food we got was fresh an correct. I gave them 4 stars because of the quality of professionalism. They missed a star due to condition of restroom.
Like other McDonalds, it's a nice place to eat, fast food, and they have playground for your kids, it doesn't get the 5 stars because sometimes they hire personal with no experience in costumer service, also after they close the dining in, it's a complete disaster, you get a line of cars so bad, you get to wait almost the hour to get something to eat, they have this mobile orders parking lots reserved, and don't use them, there is a lot of ways to get the service better
Would've giving a 5 star but they left out the syrup for my Pancakes and didn't send cream or sugar for my coffee bummer. The reason for delivery was so I didn't have to get out. Had to anyway to get cream/sugar.

Its very clean and never had any complaints about the food.
This is my preference of my on the way; my McDonald's. It's not just always noticeably a yes; but actually more quality and the better value!
Can't go wrong with the $3 menu double meat cheeseburger and small fries. A life saver for the hungry but broke person (that's me)😍😍😍
Fast and polite. Food was great. Grabbed a variety of food to eat. 😋
