The food was good, and the service was not so great. They originally did not complete my order , and when I mentioned it, they got it right, but the kids' meals were missing the cookies. There were not enough chairs or tables for all the customers in the store, so you had to stand until your food was made. Overall, the food is good, so we took back to our hotel, and it was worth that inconvenience. The strawberry lemonade alway rocks!
It has become a lot better. I haven't visited this place for a couple last year, and this time food was really good for fast food restaurant. Well cooked, juicy, tasty! 5 stars in my opinion.
The employees didn't even say hi. I would say that they need another job if they don't like that one. The cashier and the 2 ladies that prepare the food.

Submitting orders through the kiosk does improve accuracy and the food at Charley cheese steak is fantastic
The Buffalo ranch and the Philly cheesesteak were delicious! The jalepeno fries were hot and crispy! I really loved how they also had unsweetened tea and sweetened tea. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing sandwich spot!
It was a super crazy day at the mall. They still made my food perfectly and quickly. Great job, but it would be better when there aren't as many people in the food court :)

Fresh ingredients in their sandwiches elevate the taste. Did I mention how good their bread is? and their fries..? 🎤 I am not sure if they make their own bread in-house, but it is fresh and has a semi crunchy exterior and fresh. The fries are real potatoes and taste amazing. They were hot out the fryer! Great experience, will be going back.
My husband and I visited a few years ago and we liked this sandwich place in the Dallas mall. However, it was very crowded the wait was kind of long and tedious as I was so hungry.
After we finally did get our orders they messed up my order but they were more than happy to fix my order and so we enjoyed our lunch that day after the fact.
