The restaurant is clean. Great place to come eat and study. They have so many options of food and drinks. Free Wi-Fi and good place to relax and have a meal.
Awesome place🔥 courteous staff, easy to use kiosk system. Paid Membership has perks, even the basic membership has perks, was able to redeem a free cookie on first visit via the app. Food to seat takes a little more time than expected about a 15 min turnaround. The wait is worth it, the mac and cheese options are good, the corn chowder is on point. Spicy chicken sandwich is ok, salad is bigger than expected and fully customizable.
I routinely pick up boxes of cookies for handing out in offices for work. Today was the 2nd day at this Addison location on Beltline.
The staff was very friendly and helpful today. My order was perfect and I got a text alert when my order was ready !

During my recent visit to this location, I was pleased to find that all the Tap to Order Kiosks were functional and equipped with working pagers, which proved helpful for those needing extra time to decide. I decided to try the "Panera Duet" with a 1/2 Deli Ham sandwich and a cup of chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately, the kiosk didn't offer customization options, so I had to inform the staff about my preference to exclude onions from the sandwich. The young African American girl I spoke to seemed a little dismissive, though it's possible she was just having an off day. However, when I pointed out the onions to the cook, Enrique, they kindly removed them. I visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and the coffee was pleasantly hot, a departure from other nearby Panera locations where it was often served cold. This particular location even offered iced coffee, which was a nice surprise. They had outdoor seating with umbrellas and a convenient drive-through option as well. The food itself was delicious, providing a satisfying lunch portion, and priced reasonably at $6.99. It would be great if the app allowed for ingredient removal. Overall, my experience was decent, and I would rate this place 4 out of 5 stars.
I went for Brunch with My Sister-in-law, and we Both had their Greek Salad with Chicken plus added extra Feta Cheese and their Balsamic Dressing, along with a Turkey, Avocado BLT and 2 Chocolate Croissants, it was ALL so DELICIOUS. The Service was Great and This location has a warm vibe. I'd like to add that I forgot my purse there and DIDN'T realize it until 2 hours later. When I went back, the Manager was kind to assist my concerns and one of their staff members had placed my purse in the back for safe keeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH PANERA, FOR HIRING HONEST and HARDWORKING EMPLOYEES!
Wonderful food and deserts. I love the grill cheese sandwich and tomatoe soup. My grandson always gets the Mac and Cheese. And of course, the scones and flip flop cookies. All top notch.
The cashier is very sweet. He helped us by briefing us about various bakery items available and helped us decide the best. Almond croissant was delicious and also the papaya green lemonade. The bagels are delicious too. Definitely recommend this place.

Alyssia was a bomb cashier. She was so helpful and such a kind, caring soul. I work just a bit down and want to come more often just to visit and chat with her. Panera needs to hire more people like her for sure!!!
