Dinner experience was wonderful at Fine China! It was not our first choice but ended up there after several other restaurants we tried had extremely long waits and were out of food. The place was not crowded, we were greeted and seated immediately. The vibe is very chic, we were seated at a nice 4 top, and there are small rooms that would be great for a larger party. Staff was super friendly, helpful with the menu and accommodating for us! Food was delicious, we had orange chicken, Mongolian beef and green beans. Overall great experience!

Fine China is not a Chinese restaurant. It is Chinese fusion. Me and my Chinese friends were here for our dinner. They didn’t like food in this place but I did! This fish is amazing!really soft and delicious 😋 Menu was a little bit confusing for me personally. I didn’t get from the names of meals if it was fish or chicken or something else haha. Also they have refreshing and tasty cold teas!

We were lucky enough to have Derek as our server last night, as a Diamond member with Hilton I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review but Derek impacted our experience in Dallas so positively I felt I should do so. He was extremely polite and pointed us in the right direction to really enjoy Dallas and provided us with recommendations to genuinely enjoy our dining experience.

Delicious food! The service was fantastic even though they were short staffed. It was nice seeing them all work together. We loved the tea service. We ordered the lettuce wraps, chicken fried rice and the braised pork belly and they were both so yummy. My husband said it was some of the best rice he’s had in a while.

Food and service were excellent. Every dish we ordered was unique and flavorful. The food is mostly American takes on Cantonese dishes. We preordered half a duck, (must preorder) which was enough for 5 people to all have some, we also ordered a second order of steamed buns for the duck. Highlights were the garlic noodles, shishito peppers, and the spicy prawns. Pictured is the duck (half), sticky ribs, garlic noodles, and shishito peppers.

About three times a year, I take a trip to downtown Dallas to see what's going on downtown and in Uptown. I've followed the news of the Statler early on, well before the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the renovation of the place. So I decided to check out lunch at the place. Everything was positive, from the greeting at the front desk to the service from the server and the bartender. Food was excellent, and not too expensive. I would definitely visit again.

I’ll start off saying that Fine China is over priced, and you can easily find comparable food for a fraction of the price. However, this is a nice hotel restaurant, so my review will keep that in consideration. First off, the wait staff is incredibly nice. Our waitresses were actually mother and daughter, and they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and appropriately attentive. The cocktails here are also very good, and they are actually unique and signature. I feel like so many places have variations of the same thing, but Fine China actually created some great drinks. Food wise: the shrimp fried rice was the biggest pleasant surprise, and the dim sum to share was also quite tasty (and filling). There are many more things I would be interested in trying because the food that I tasted tonight showed me that there is attention to details in their flavors and presentation.

This place is really nice, great for large parties and private events. Really fancy and so beautiful! The food is fresh, tasty and the service is great. The bar is amazing. I highly recommend Fine China... The tea service is really cool and they have a great sakè collection.
