Food had excellent flavor. We did love it that we drove 40 minutes from we live. The only thing that last time we waited 17 on the table for some take our order.
First visit. Had the Parrillada Mexicana for one. More than enough for two. It was great. Also sampled the Barbacoa de Borrego. My first time to sample this wonderful dish. Will be back for more.
I have to give them 5 stars given it's the only mexican style lamb bbq establishment I have visited in the good old USA. I wish there were more. Competition makes for better eats.
Meat was tasty, consome was simmering hot, full of flavor. It even had chickpeas, yummy.
Tortillas seemed store bought, but good. Salsa borracha, let me tell you, the lady that prepared it musta been in a fowl mood. It was HOT. Good flavor though.
Lamb bbq, smoky flavor, good salsa, hot tortillas, getting out of work at 7am... oh yea. Enjoy.
For the first time since I moved to the US I found authentic Mexican food that actually tastes like home. If you have ever had barbacoa in Mexico, then this place is for you!
The owner is very nice, and the staff is super helpful! I love coming here and having some delicious authentic barbacoa. I highly recommend it.
This a good place to eat but not on weekends to crowd.

200% Authentic Mexican Food.
We stopped by for lunch this morning six of us. The place was packed which was a good signed. We were acomodated on a timely manner. We ordered 2 pounds of barbacoa de borrego and six consomes. Excellent food. Barbacoa and consome were tasty and no greasy. Home made tortillas were hot and delicious. We finished the day with some churros and coffee. Over all reasonable price, excellent food, and service. Definetly making this place my favorite lamb barbacoa spot.
I don't normally eat barbacoa but here it's really good.

I must start off with, I do not like barbacoa that comes from sheep. But I must confess that when I tried this barbacoa you can't even taste the difference. The smell throws you off, but believe me it's so good ! It has an authentic smokey flavour.
