I came in for pan de dulce and received the most deliciousness pan ever! I even ordered a bean tostada for lunch with a side of guacamole. The freshness was awesome. Will be visiting again and again.
I like the empanadas here so much that I drive from Arlington to get them. This morning when I visited, there were no empanadas out to purchase. I asked Leo if there were any and he went to the kitchen to get me some. PERFECTION!
The bread is soft like a cloud. The pumpkin filling is creamy with exact amount of spices and sweetness. The combination of bread and filling is perfect that one does not over power the other. I just love love love this place.
Best tamales 🫔 in Dallas!! The flavor and variety of all different options in protein, and the masa is on point. Not to mention the size of each tamale and the amount of filling inside. I live 30min away but, I’m always willing to take the drive. So worth it!! As for the bread 🍞 extremely delicious, The only thing I wish was that they had more options available when I go. But over all 10/10 for me ❤️❤️
I love their cheese tamales but they never have any!! Every time I’ve asked in the last year they’re sold out! Bread and hot drinks are delicious they just need to get it together with the cheese tamales. 😊
Weekends always is full, you have to wait between 20 to 30 min to get a table, the food is delicious & service is excellent.!!
Definitely you are going to find something delicious in the menu, for kid's or adults..
$$ 10-20 a plate.
But be aware, they charge "extra" for paying with a card... even if you pay in cash 🥴☹😡
Great chicken tamales.. very fresh and had nice spice. The sweet bread was almost out by time we arrived around 9/930..so get there early.. very fast and friendly service. Best sweet bread in town.
I absolutely loved the Tamales! I drove 30 min to check this place out, im glad i did. I like the bread to a little pricey but still good. I need to try the other tamales too.
Excellent service, food and atmosphere. It is probably one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Dallas. It actually reminds me of the Frida house in Mexico. Their tacos are really good and we love their hand made tortillas. Also, their "café de olla" is amazing.
Great pan dulce choices. Note. They no longer serve a “full” menu with flautas”, tacos, etc. just menudo and tamales on the weekend.
One of the best Pan Dulce spots in Oak Cliff. Bought bread from way back when they were located on Cockrell Hill...and today I had a chance to buy some since I was in the area for me to take back home, about an hour away.
Great tamales and great Mexican bread! Been here twice this month for tamales. Been going to Dallas tortilla but these are beating them..
Big meaty tamales and some of the best sweet bread in town. Get here early they sell out fast.
