Yes it's "only IHOP" but this is the PERFECT IHOP. It is the IHOP you see in the commercials, where every dish is picture perfect, cups of coffee are hot and fresh, and the servers smile.
Ema L. is wonderful!
I highly recommend the omelettes here. The best.
(I visited on a Sunday morning, early breakfast hours).

We came in at 11pm and there was only one other table ordering. Our server was so sweet and then our waiter was also very kind. The only complaint with the food was the toast had some butter squeezed on and it didn't taste right. Otherwise the food was perfect. Service was great and it was clean.

Food was really good service was a little slow. Had to wait longer for the check then the food. Other then that it was good. We’ll definitely be returning.

I had ordered the chicken and waffles. I was very disappointed with my order. My waiter took more than 12 minutes too attend me and my chicken look like it was fried in old cooking oil. Very poor service.

This place was something new to me new type of furniture new look even down to the menu but prices are still the same but let's face your paying a different type of eating this ain't Mc Donald's . I had something similar to brekdfast sampler I wanted to see if I could keep it under $20.00 and did just that without being greedy I had 2 eggs 2 strip s of bacon a side of toast and a hot chocolate 🍫 plus orange juice and dam it came out to $14.00 if took 2 more items away I probably could have done $10 and with a tip kept my budget of $20.00 in range . Yea yea yea call me cheapo cheapeeee I still got money in my pocket lol .my breakfast was perfect my eggs to perfect bacon fried just pancakes good go to I hop definitely worth it .

Came in at 2:30 AM with a large group. We were helped by William / Bill.
He explained the late night menu and got our order out as soon as possible.
This location has a lot of parking. My food was very fresh. I really appreciate the service from this restaurant so early in the morning. Very thankful they quickly accommodated our large, hungry party.
The table and seating area was very clean.

The server today was trash. I usually go when the dude with dreads work because he is the best server he had fun with my family made sure the kids pancake 🍨 was the way they wanted it the picture was when he worked. Not all the workers are the same but he the best thats why im giving a 5 star
