Man! This is by far, the best blackened catfish with dirty rice and etouffee I’ve had outside of Louisiana! #ATasteOfNewOrleansInTexas The crawfish pasta was good. I finished it before I thought to take a picture. #BonAppetite!

I don't know Cajun food very well as I'm from the PNW. A coworker of mine recommended this place to me because he grew up in Louisiana and so I decided to try the crawfish etouffee and it was great! I like spice but I'm not a daily spice person and it was just right and the food was creamy and the crawfish was delicious! Also tried a beignet for the first time and I'm giving up coffee and donuts for coffee and beignets! I highly recommend.

Food Is incredible for anyone looking for some great Cajun food in DFW. I HATED when they shut down their Plano location. However short one star due to the rude girl who was working the counter last weekend. She was straight up ignoring customers at the counter and at one point to go to the back and get her something to eat. Didn't even acknowledge them standing there that she would be a minute or anything. To wrap it up even yelled out "I DON'T WANT TO BE HERE"....ummmm..... I feel ya but you might not yell it out.

I was lucky enough to stumble across their food truck this past fall, and absolutely fell in love with their food. I talked my wife into stopping by their new restaurant in Plano this past weekend. The staff was top notch and made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door. My wife doesn't have much experience with cajun food, so the staff sent out samples to the front for us to try. She settled n the crawfish etoufee and I ordered the jambalaya. Both were excellent - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either. The crawfish pistolette is a must try, and was recently rated 28 on the top 100 foods to try in DFW. We finished our meal with three piping hot beignets, and for just a moment, forgot we were in Plano! Please, do yourself a favor and try this place out. A+

This little dive in downtown Plano is a find. Great food, good prices, and BYOB! Service was friendly and helpful. I loved the meat pie! You know it's good when you're stuffed and talking about what you want to try on the next visit.

Don't be fooled by the lack of a line at this place compared to others at the Farmers Market. The breading is always well seasoned. Po boys are really good here. The only complaint is that the baskets should have more than two hush puppies.

This place is a treasure and a little bit of some NOLA heaven. We were hungry and said we haven’t been to the Dallas Farmers Market, lets take a look. BAMMM! I’m a NOLA girl and know my Cajun food. From the front of the house to the back of the house with Chef Angie they were spot on with all that southern hospitality. Hurricanes, wine and plenty of beer (local to please all palates). One more thing....that gumbo was the real deal and her jambalaya was so New Orleans. This is definitely cajun. Guess what she has only been the head chef for 4 days. We will be back soon.

The food here is great! The fried gator is fantastic and the fries are wonderful as well! If you're in a hurry for lunch, the jambalaya is great and only takes about 30 seconds to get out to you!

Absolutely the real deal. I've had all their varieties of Boudin, and it's among the best even in LA. The Poor Boys are better than most in New Orleans, and definitely the best I've had in Dallas. My only complaint is $7.25/lb crawfish. I guess if I were REALLY desperate I would consider it, but you may as well fly to LA and get them there. It's almost cheaper than paying that kind of price. I don't know how to respond to the complaints about red beans and gumbo. I mean, who orders red beans and gumbo out? You can't even get good red beans and gumbo in Nola restaurants. Don't order red beans or gumbo from a restaurant. Any restaurant. Make it yourself. If you can't make it yourself make a friend that can.

This place is slap your mamma... twice good. If you have been craving really good Louisiana cooking, eat this now! The Pistolettes are to die for. The Gumbo is on point and SPICY! And of course the Abita is cold and the Daquiris are always ready.
