I really like the layout and ambiance. Very clean and contemporary rustic. I had the scrambler with the house coffee. Scrambler was packed with bacon and sausage on a bed of potatoes. She had the blueberry scone and a Carmel latte...she said it wasn't hot enough but was tasty. She said the scone was glorious. The workers had a rock and roll/biker vibe....very cool spot for a breakfast date. Love it.
This little hole in the wall breakfast place is SOOO GOOD. Their breakfast biscuits are UNMATCHED especially for the Casa Linda area. My husband and I love the East Point biscuit which is a super hearty breakfast sandwich. Every time I come here the food is fresh and delicious!
There’s also Cultivar coffee shop attached which makes it the perfect all in one stop for to go breakfast or brunch.
Parking is small and you may have to wait for someone to leave before you can park especially on a busy weekend.
Tried a beer biscuit breakfast sandwich. It was amazing. Loved the avocado with the biscuit. Will be back to try more of the menu for breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast food was exceptional. Their corned beef and potato hash is my favorite now. No menus at hand, only above you or online. Service is OK, but I feel it can be a lot better; I'm not sure if it was because they were soooo busy. Your coffee must be ordered and paid for separately at the coffee bar. If you eat here, seating will be limited. Everyone minds their own business.
They also have a fridge filled with unique, and they also carry local beers. They do allow your pooches inside.
Nice staff, you may even meet the owners if youre there at the right time and both of them are great.. Their breakfast is great but their sandwiches are out of this world. I always stop in if I want a little bit of comfort. It's definitely a hole in the wall sort of place that proves itself through its food and not through flashy branding or gimmicks. 1000/10
Really good coffee and croissant. I tried the big boy - it was pretty good but the bread doesn't seem like it's a ciabatta roll/bread. My hubby enjoyed his pancakes and biscuits. Nonetheless, pretty decent place to eat or hang out!
Yummy yummy yummy! Had breakfast here on a Saturday morning and despite them being PACKED, my to go order came out really quickly. This spot is very lively, full of hungry smiling people. The staff was great! Actually greeted me and asked about my morning before taking my order.
Now let's talk about the food! A lot of spots do not get Bacon like I need them to GET bacon but this place does
It was thick and had the perfect crisp to it...delicious! I did order the Jalapeño Cheddar biscuit and received the beer biscuit but it was still so tasty!
I will definitely be going back very soon!
If I was ever going to open a coffee shop, I would use Goodfriend as the model.
The food is simple but done extremely well. The coffee is varied and as a consumer, you have many options. But it all has depth and some care taken to brew it properly. The espresso comes with a complimentary sparking water, as it should. The Columbian pour-over is smooth and delicious. They just do everything really really well and like a well oiled machine.
A real gem in Lakewood.
Fast, friendly, delicious, and the best damn biscuit I’ve ever tasted. I love this place. Everyone is so nice and the breakfast is unmatched.
