My wife and I stayed there for one night and had an amazing time. Gary and the staff were very nice and helpful, and did a turndown service with rose petals without even asking. We even got complimentary glasses of champagne when we got back to the hotel late in the evening. Breakfast the next morning was delicious on their beautiful patio, and it was surprisingly quiet given the location in Uptown. We would definitely stay here again!
I wonder if people that are recently writing bad reviews on this hotel were on a mission to see the downfall of this place or paid to do so. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Absolutely false claims and didn’t sound like the place I recently stayed in. Booked this hotel for our anniversary and it’s one of the best experiences of my life. Hospitality is top notch and you definitely feel like royalty when you stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Complimentary champagne, cookies, cheese, and fresh fruits were offered to us through out the day. The manager was very attentive/caring and even took time to give us some recommendations on what we can do around town. I have never stayed at a better hotel. Keep doing what you are doing, we love it there.
Me and my wife celebrated our 5 year anniversary here, at the same hotel I proposed. We love this hotel, the staff is really nice, Gary is really helpful and attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next year!
Stayed at the hotel for our anniversary. Perfect little hotel run by some amazingly kind people. Very helpful and desired to make out stay as pleasant as possible. We also happened to be there for their famed Sunday brunch. It was an amazing all you can eat extravaganza. Beautiful room, delicious food, great hosting. We will be doing this again.
I have never been to this fine establishment, but I still feel like it has improved my life. I never thought places were this nice. This looks better than hotels look in the movies. It is now a life goal to stay here.
Luxury all the way! We have travelled the world, and have never experience such decadence. Every detail was perfect, from the lighting to the heavenly bed. I cannot stress enough that everyone needs to experience Hotel St. Germain. We will be back every year!!!
This place is dripping in elegance. There is crown molding every were. And antiques and beautiful artwork abound and adorned every nook and cranny. Magically transports you to a time of refined sophistication, where men wore black tuxedos women wear gorgeous gowns to dinner. Where champagne was the libation of choice. Perfectly encapsulated time lost long ago.
I had a wonderful time at the Hotel St. Germain. The staff was beyond accommodating and the hotel itself was beautiful! I'm so glad I chose to stay here rather than one of the larger corporate hotels in downtown Dallas.
Great wine pairings with delicious food. Great service. The meat was so tender. Generous portions. Just park in reserved spaces on the side of the building. We will be back
Just had our 29th anniversary dinner at the Hotel. The concierge parked our car and escorted us in to the hotel.
The hotel embodies old world French Charm.
The meal was a fixed seven course dinner , the mushroom soup and the soufflé were particularly excellent.
Service was tremendous as well.
Definitely will return.
