Had the pastrami brisket sandwich and the baked beans. Meat was super flavorful. The beer menu had quite a few great options as well.

We had just gotten into Dallas and staying the night for an early morning meeting and were looking for a place to grab a light dinner when we came across Maple Landing. We had sandwiches and a side, nothing fancy. They were very good with a unique mix of ingredients. One had perfect cuts of pork butt and pimento cheese which just seemed to compliment one another. Our server was great, and the manager also stopped to talk for a minute. Overall it was exactly what we needed.

I recently visited Maple landing on Sunday.
The overall experience was pleasant. There were some hits and misses that shaped my first impression. The smoked wings lived up to the hype—delicious and worth the drive. The banana bread pudding was a delightful surprise. However, the brisket chili fell short, lacking the desired punch. The cornbread that came with the chili was a letdown, it was cold and crumbly. Despite some culinary misses, the service was outstanding, contributing to an overall enjoyable experience.

The service, food and atmosphere were all great. There's a good selection of liquor.
I'll be back!

I had the Brisket Melt sandwich and Carolina Slaw. It was really good despite being a little greesy. Service was OK. I was slightly put off by a large puddle of water w/no slip signage, yet employees were aware. Great drink selection and prices.

We had a great experience the first time around, this time it seems some of the same menu items have been changed (brisket melt sandwich now served on a hamburger bun)

Just your typical Americana bar and grill. The burgers were creative. Had the Kimchi Burger and loved it. I ordered the chipotle potato salad as the side expecting to be wowed by it. Sadly I didn’t think it was seasoned properly. Regular potato salad would have been an improvement. The server told me that it is made fresh daily, so perhaps the chef forgot the salt that day. Who knows?
Service was pretty good and fast for a Friday night!

Maple Landing is a charming spot that left me craving more! The moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and rustic decor welcomed me with open arms.
I started with the bread pudding, and it was heavenly. The warm, comforting dessert was a delightful combination of sweetness and texture that melted in my mouth.
The brisket sandwich was a savory delight. The smoky, tender brisket paired perfectly with the fresh bread and savory toppings, creating a mouthwatering masterpiece.
The service at Maple Landing was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
This restaurant is a true gem for those seeking delicious comfort food, and I can't wait to return for more bread pudding and brisket sandwiches!

My business partners and I came here for dinner after a meeting. Immediately when we walked in we were met with an inviting smell of smoke barbecue. We knew then we had made the right choice. Our server Stacey was very attentive and made lots of great recommendations. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time and it was all fresh and delicious. The smoked wings all had great flavor. My business partners had nothing but great things to say about their food. The turkey burger was surprisingly great. Everybody can’t do turkey burgers well and they do a really great job. The queso was very good. It came with jalapeños which added the perfect kick. The only thing that we didn’t like was the Mac and cheese. It was white cheese and it was cooked with broccoli. None of us were a fan. We all agreed we’ll definitely be coming back!
Review Update:
Since this review I have been back to Maple Landing several times and got clarification that the max and cheese is cooked with a queso verde which is where the green in their Mac and cheese comes from, not broccoli. I wanted to be sure to make that correction. During my return visits, I’ve had the opportunity to try the chicken tenders and Mediterranean salad. Both were amazing and I am adding both to my highly recommend list.
