Love the food - particularly the Chicken Makhani (butter chicken) is a family favorite. Prices for Indian food and beverages are reasonable. Prefer the Texas sized entrees.
This is probably the best counter-serve Indian restaurant in town. Nearly all of the main dishes are excellent and the naan is the best around. Service is a little spotty and the space feels pretty over the hill, but the food makes up for it. Unfortunately, the hefty premiums added to menu item prices on delivery partners makes this a dine-in only option for me.
This place is truly exceptional! We've been loyal patrons for over two years, and I'm delighted to say that their service and food quality have remained consistently outstanding. It's not your typical à la carte restaurant; they offer reasonably priced combos with perfectly portioned servings. The variety of spice levels for their sauces (gravies) is impressive, and their hot spice level is genuinely sweat-inducing. Our go-to is the Texas-sized portion of Chicken Makhani, served with rice and Naan. They also have a selection of wines and beers. Overall, we adore this restaurant - it's a gem for Indian cuisine in the heart of Dallas, with top-notch quality. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to those trying Indian food for the first time!
Great service, great food! This is the second Roti Grill I've been to after Frisco, TX. The food lived upto expectations and the Texas portion is quite big for two!
It was great to see more non-Indians enjoying the food here!
Naan could've been better though.
My bf and I have come here a few times and it hits the spot every time. We always get the texas size portions - it’s enough for us to share the dishes and still have leftovers for another meal, plus it comes with your choice of naan or roti. Great bang for buck in our opinion. We’ve tried a variety of their dishes, but our favorite is probably the chicken korma, masala, makhani, and vindaloo. Their rice pudding for dessert is also very good - light and not overly sweet.
Great customer service and really good food! Fresh and hot the 2 times I've gone. I order the platter. It gets a 4 star because the spinach with chic peas was way to salty. Other than that, I'll be returning to try something else.
This is a great casual eatery for Indian food. I’ve eaten here a hand full of times and is a go-to when I’m in the area. Today we had the samosas, chicken curry, and lamb vindaloo with garlic naan. The service is quick and the staff are courteous. The prices are similar to what you would see at a sit down Indian restaurant.
I am sooo obsessed with Roti Grill!! Their mutter paneer is amazing! I also love their malai kofta and veggie samosas!! SO GOOD. I’m about to place an order right now… LOL but yesss highly recommend!! One of my favorite places in Dallas :)
Huge portions, even the non-Texas size dishes. Lentil soup highly recommended.
Ordered at the restaurant for take out. Service was friendly, food came out quickly but the flavour profiles were really bland and lacked the depth that I expect in authentic East Indian food. The Alloo Paratha was the most disappointing both in taste and texture. The food however was fresh and well packaged for take out.
